Personal Service

This is my first time purchasing a car in over five year and first time dealing with this dealership. I have to say my experience was excellent. From the point of contact via phone to the actual visit to the dealership. Mr.Travis Hance couldn't of done anything more or less to make this transaction as easy as it was for us. Normally we expect to be hassled but this was a completely different and personal experience. Very precise, knowledgeable, and detailed. Thank you Travis for a wonderful experience and making our car buying experience really easy. Great Service to detail!

Straight-forward, best price available, friendly service

I started my search for a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost with an online search for cars similar to my built specs. Naturally, I received 15 emails from different dealerships. My personal preference was to stick to the city and had no anticipation of going out to Sealy. I responded to everyone of the emails with a particular price I was looking for. I either never heard back or was told that my request was unreasonable from all the dealerships, except one. Colton Martin and I very candidly negotiated back and forth with specs and price until we landed on something I was comfortable with. Rather than tell me I was unreasonable, Colton took the time to see if he could meet my needs. Due to his perseverance and ability to work with me on my schedule, I did not bother shopping the price around to dealerships in the city which would have given them business on someone else's hard work. Colton was not able to be at the dealership during my pick up, unfortunately I could not thank the man in person. He did leave me in the very capable hands of his manager John McLeod and associate Mark Jones. All of my information was on file and the car was ready to go as soon as I got there, no hiccups in the handover process. Everyone I came across greeted me with a smile and thanked me for being there. Even the dog made sure you felt welcome!

Always a Good Experience

This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Mr. Fox. He always beats competitors' prices and is easy to work with. I am very exacting and demanding and Mr. Fox is able handle my demeanor in a professional manner. We always come to an equitable agreement. I appreciate his frankness and honesty.

Excellent Customer Service!

I have been in Katy 30 years and dealt with a service department there, because there wasn't anyone else around. The service was always horrible. I recently moved to Sealy, so I took my vehicle to Ryan Ford service. The young man (Mason Koch) who helped me was awesome! He stayed in touch and followed up to let me know what the status was constantly. I picked up the truck when he said it would be ready without any issues at all. Had I known about them before I would have gladly driven from Katy to Sealy for service for the last thirty years.

Friendy No-Hassle

Steve Roberts made buying my 2015 F150 a breeze. Ryan Ford ensured prompt delivery of my truck. They may be a little out of the way, but their prices can't be beat.

Ryan Ford is the Best

I bought my truck there and have had excellent service every time I went in. I recently had my truck stolen and called the dealership for a vin number and plate number as I was out of town and they responded with the information within minutes which helped the police it in the system faster. I believe this all helped in the retrieval of my truck within eight hours. The service department was then very helpful getting all the repairs and bodywork taken care of. I send all my friends to Ryan Ford. Larry

Service

I bought my new F-150 From Ryan Ford in Sealy, TX in August 2012. I have serviced my vehicle there ever since. Mr. Tyler Wallace is my service adviser. To me service is what makes a difference, and is the only reason for me to buy my next vehicle at Ryan Ford. Mr. Wallace has my complete trust when it comes to options concerning my vehicle. I have met most of the service representatives - they all represent Ryan Ford very well.
