JOSIAH WAS AMAZING

JOSIAH was great. Nissan of Omaha is a great place to do business! Buying a car is usually a painful experience, but they made it easy, enjoyable, and efficient! 10/10 would recommend

My New Rogue

I had had my eye on a Nissan Pathfinder, thought they looked “cool!” Upon meeting Josiah and telling him what I was looking for in a vehicle, he steered me towards the Rogue, explaining it had the same features but just wasn’t as big! He wasn’t pushy and was very accommodating throughout the process!

Quick and easy!

I could not be happier with my experience at nissan of omaha, my salesman Josiah Ewing has gone over and beyond to make this an easy and enjoyable experience, he went to bat for me to make this sale happen. Even now 1 month after enjoying my 2023 pathfinder he is checking with me to see what service he can be. I love the pathfinder and if there were more stars to give I'd give them to Josiah and the dealership. Very pleased all around, Thank you josiah!!

Think before you go here!

The salesperson greeted us kindly, then promptly handed us off to another person. Then, he handed us off to a 3rd person, who finally sat down with us. We explained what we were looking for. He then said he had to talk with his manager about which cars to show us, “like a team”. In the meantime, a 4th gentleman came by, asking more questions. We finally took a test drive. After we pulled into the lot, our salesperson said he needed to get his manager (person #5!) to talk with us before we left, as we decided to go no further in the process. I turned to him and thanked him for his help. I also said we had no need to talk with the mgr. He was our guy and gave us the information we needed. Even if we loved the car, we would NEVER give them our business. What a horrible, degrading, time consuming, and stereotypical car sales experience!!

I absolutely hate buying cars but Steve Stoker and Nissan

I absolutely hate buying cars but Steve Stoker and Nissan of Omaha knocked it out of the park again! This is our third vehicle purchase vehicle from them. They explain the process and make things comfortable! Thank you Steve!

Dishonest and disorganized.

Dishonest and disorganized. We now have a brand new car that we are making payments on and we spent a lot of money on sitting in our driveway, undrivable because they dropped the ball on getting us our plates even though I followed up the entire time AND was told it was being taken care of. The finance guy told us the plates would be overnighted to our county Tax Assessor and they were not. We were told for a week that titling was "out of the office" until I called a manager they miraculously appeared. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you are from out of state. We were told that even though it's their fault were basically SOL and now we have to spent $700 on a rental car for our trip we had planned.
