Amazing and superior service.

Amazing and superior service. Bought two vehicles within one week. David Foresman and Jason Jones and the best. Would not buy from anyone else. They treat you like family, show you respect, and take care of you better than any dealership I’ve ever been to. I would recommend this dealership and their sales team over any other dealership out there. Amazing team, people, and group!!

Nissan of Omaha had the perfect Used Car that we were...

Nissan of Omaha had the perfect Used Car that we were looking for but unfortunately we live in the Southeast. That meant that in order to get the car we would have to travel cross country to obtain the vehicle, and also that we would need to rely heavily on our sales person to help with everything else, all done remotely - no small undertaking. Needless to say, Justin, our Sales Rep., was awesome to work with and made the long distance process go very smoothly. I highly recommend this Dealer as one that you can trust to treat the customer right.

Excellent Experience

I worked with Nick Williams at Nissan of Omaha and it was an excellent experience. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of getting a new Nissan Pathfinder. Highly recommend Nissan of Omaha and Nick Williams.

This company is onlyinterested in money not the customer....

This company is onlyinterested in money not the customer. I bought a vehicle and not even a full month later it starts making a weird noise and i was told by Nissan it was not their problem. Salesman Daniel waited a month to respond to my emails about the issues with no help. James Jones contacted me and said he would reimburse me for having to fix the issue then just stopped talking to me when I asked him how and when he would be doing that. This may be a huge mistake on my part for shopping with them so I'm just here to warn other to be careful when shopping with Nissan.

Carl, Jason, Jason J and Joe are the best! After a minor issue presented itself on our 10th vehicle purchase, Nissan of Omaha did an amazing job and got us another Titan XD that was perfect. Thanks for the years of great service!!

My appointment was at 9:45am today and I was on time. Two...

My appointment was at 9:45am today and I was on time. Two hours later, I checked to see if it was about ready (oil change and tire rotation) but was told it was still outside. They lost track of it and hadn’t even started. This is unacceptable and judging from the operation of this shop, I suspect it is common place. I have lost confidence and now don’t trust them enough to let them wash it much less change the oil or rotate the tires! After two hours and fifteen minutes they finally put it on a rack and I watched everything they did from the waiting room. After a two hour forty five minutes, I was asked if I wanted to wait a little longer to get it washed, but I declined. My service writer was contrite and comped all service costs. While he was very apologetic and seemingly conscientious, I feel there is a lack of leadership at this dealership. Everywhere you look, people are aloof, self absorbed and even lackadaisical. Overall, my visit was disturbing!
