Nissan of Omaha dealership disapointment!!!!
Overall a huge disappointment! Do not use this this dealer to buy or fix your car. Do not return calls in same day. Had to call to follow up on my car cause nobody service manager could make the time to do so. Sat on hold 10 minutes no one picked up. Left message for someone to call. No one called back. Charge $164.00 for each issue they look at. Did not fix any issues. Service manager said they told me I needed new engine for my 7 year old car. Told me they said this the last time I was in for maintenance! Who forgets having a conversation about a entire new engine to be replaced??? I called to complained about service and they said they could hook me up with a salesman to buy a new car from them. More issues with this dealership than I can write. Don't use them unless u love disappointment and headaches!!!
