I had to buy this car!

This is the second car I have gotten at Carbone Subaru, and this was a fun and easy experience. My wife, daughter and I all enjoyed dealing with Bill Magee. And the new Outback is spectacular.

Excellent Customer Service

I have nothing for thanks and praise for the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Carbone Subaru and their Sales and Service Managers. I was given a faulty oil filter from a budget quick lube service. That in turn caused oil to spray all over the engine of my new 2018 Forester. I was extremely worried that the potential damage from this mistake was going to be exponentially catastrophic. I first went to the quick lube service vendor and then immediately to the Subaru dealer. The Managers were incredibly helpful and immediately went into the "Help" mode for me. They assured me that they could help and remedy the situation. They immediately provided me with a rental car for the week and one week later I picked up my car that had an engine that now looked brand new. They assured me that there were no metal shavings in the oil and that there was no damage to the vehicle. They also paid for the rental car for the week. I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you very much.
