Great Team across the board!!!

This was the second Outback we purchased from Carbone Subaru and our sales rep, Alison Raymond was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She was able to describe the different upgrades from our old Outback to the new 2019 without looking them up. We also had a great experience in the service dept with our old Outback working with Marc Service Manager, Eric Service Adiser and Andy Tech. Special thanks to Chris from the detail shop, the car was so clean I didn't want to drive it home. This was all made possible by the GM, Kevin Hoagland.

Service

Brought car in for 60K service. They are always great to deal with and do what they say they are going to do. They never try to over sell you. The only issue I had was the pricing, which they fixed. They didn't have a set price for the scheduled mileage maintenance. Example: 15k, 30k and 60k..per Subaru. They had to come up with a price after figuring out what my car needed. You would think this would be cut and dry. Set prices for set mileage. It would just have made knowing the cost easier. But like I said, they are always great to deal with.
