Keyston Gibson and Weston
Mr. Keyston Gibson and Mr. Weston displayed a high level of honesty, integrity, and genuine appreciation to the customers and any potential customers. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival at the Bountiful Toyota dealership. More importantly, Mr. Keyston Gibson was the perfect representative for Toyota’s image of caring for our family’s safety, by offering no hassle options, backed by historical trends of reliability data on their Toyota vehicles. I can honestly say two things about this sales representative, a true professional and the epitome of customer relations. Of course, I did not have the interaction with the rest of the team, but please do try and look for Mr. Keyston Gibson…please give him 5 minutes of your time and you’ll see, that you’d want to work with him on your vehicle purchase. I’m sure we’ve all met our fair share of ghetto sales representative with their intimidation tactics such as “I’m assuming you have good credit,” and for us who are at the 798 credit score…its completely unnecessary; ultimately, it utterly smells like they really don’t want to work with you and just wants your money by pressuring you to accept their deal…period. I first went to Mark Miller Toyota, it was rather disappointing and let me tell you why. I used the same Edmunds trade in calculator that they use on their website link which showed me my trade in value ranges. I was amazed to sit down with this dealership and get a totally off number for my trade in, because they don’t select all the features you have on your vehicle. • Not fair on trade in even when you use their own website Edmunds feature. • TC sales representative needs more training in considerations of others and customer relations…more importantly, how to represent the Toyota image in a professional manner. I’m glad we went to Toyota Bountiful and met with Mr. Keyston Gibson, referred by Mr. Weston, whom was phenomenal in trying to work with us in every bit of detail, ultimately making us feel good about our new 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE vehicle purchase. Furthermore, if you’ve served and have just recently come out from deployment, Mr. Weston is one that truly appreciates our service. Regardless if you end up purchasing or just looking, Mr. Weston will make you feel welcome, whichever your decision may be. Respectfully, Jess and May

Excellent Service
I have been looking for a very specific Toyota Tundra and have been loking for a few months now. I inquired with Vaughn Thomas of what I was looking for in my future truck. Vaughn found exactly what I was looking for in my truck The financing was hassle free and Weston Bird was very professional and we were in and out from test drive to financing in just over 2 hours. I would highly recommend Bountiful Toyota!

Buyer beware!!
Buyer beware! They tried to lease me a Tundra at full MSRP even though they had a sales price listed on their internet site. How ethical is that? You advertise a sales price for the whole world to see and hope that they haven't seen it. All I can say is, if you decide to purchase/lease a vehicle from them, you better know your stuff or you will come out paying a lot more than you should. Clearly a dealer has to make money or they won't be in business long, but, come on, do you have to do this way! By the way, the sales guys were nice, but obviously they have absolutely no say on anything. They are the dealer in my community and I thought I would give them a shot. No way will I ever step foot in their dealership again. My Toyota purchases will be made at another dealer outside of my local community and I will drive many miles to have them serviced by a dealer I trust. That's pretty sad.

Wow, you better be careful!
I went in to lease a 2014 Tundra. They advertised the "internet" price (doesn't say it is a sale or lease price) at a little more than $3,000 off MSRP. I knew this going in. So, when they brought me the deal for my approval, you can imagine my surprise when they offered to lease it to me with a cap. cost of MSRP. What happened to the $3,000+ discount? I can just imagine the conversation that went on in the sales pit, "Hey Fred, this guy looks like one of dem total idiots. Today's our luck day. I'll bets we can gets him to lease this truck for the full MSRP even though we done did advertise it for $3,000 less! Nobudy tells him theres a sales price! Round up the boys, we's all havin a steak dinner tonight!" When I confronted them on it, their response was, "well, we done gotsa try doesn't we!" In other words, "hey if we can screw you, and you fall for it, why shouldn't we?" Well, unfortunately for them, I kinda understand leasing and I had done my homework. I will be visiting another Toyota dealership that doesn't do this crap. In my opinion, if you advertise a sale price, honor it and notify everyone that that is the current sales price on the vehicle. I feel really bad for the uninformed and the elderly that visit this dealership. I would imagine these customers don't come out with a very good deal at all. But hey "they done gotsa try doesn't they!" P.S. the sales guys were nice, but obviously they have no negotating authority whatsoever and I feel bad for them.

New Tundra
Although they seemed to have forgot we had set up an appointment our sales rep, Marcko, was very good to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us find exactly what we wanted. All the staff was great to work with and helped us get a great deal on the Tundra even though they had to stay late that night

Leaving with a smile!
We have heard wonderful stories about owning a Toyota. We live on a dirt road and needed a durable, dependable four wheel drive vehicle. We were recommended to try a four runner. We looked up the dealership online and contacted them. Jamie spoke with us on the phone through many different inquiries and was very helpful. He wanted to make our experience a good one and he did a wonderful job. The overall feel in the dealership was doing everything they could to make the experience pleasant, what we wanted in a vehicle and at a great price! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and a great vehicle. We love our four runner and we are still smiling! Thanks!
