New Sienna

Our first introduction to Toyota Bountiful was two years ago when we had our 2007 Camry Hybrid (great car!!) serviced there. We were impressed with the professional service received. We decided to change vehicles this year and I researched several online at various dealers. After test driving a Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, and Toyota Sienna we decided we preferred the Sienna. The Sienna equipped with features wanted was at Toyota Bountiful. Because of previous experience there we did not hesitate to contact them via the internet for an appointment. Mike Arcaris patiently spent several hours answering our questions and showing the car. He was very knowledgeable about the Sienna and answered every question I asked. Negotiating the final price for our trade and the out-the-door price for the Sienna was settled quickly without some of the tactics experienced at other car dealers in past car deals. Our experience at Toyota Bountiful was good and if looking for an automobile I recommend giving Mike Arcaris a call.

A great experience

I recently purchased a used Honda at Toyota of Bountiful and really enjoyed the experience. I gave this dealership high ratings because the people there were willing to work with us and I feel like we were able to meet in the middle at the end and get to a great price. Markos was my sales person and did a fabulous job at listening to us and offering no-pressure salesmanship. A great experience overall!

Toyota Bountiful - 2014 Toyota Venza

I emailed the Internet Sales Dept of Toyota Bountiful and was promptly contacted by Vaughn Thomas. After reviewing the comprehensive vehicle information he sent, I called and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. Vaughn was very friendly and professional and did not make me feel pressured. Vaughn and Jason Stoelk presented me with the honest financial information and discounts I required to make my purchase decision. Weston Bird handled the financial closing and was prompt and very thorough. Every employee I had contact with at this dealership was extremely friendly/helpful. My buying experience at this dealership was nothing but positive; I will definitely return for my next vehicle purchase.

First look, very appealing to the eye. they have snacks and soda for your enjoyment along with a quiet room and a work out room with showers while you wait. Lucky was very friendly and helpful and helped us find the car we were looking for. For being a new car we also felt like it was fairly priced and met our needs. Thanks again and I strongly recommend Toyota Bountiful.

Extremely happy customer!!

Staff was extremely helpful! Jamie help me with every thing I needed! Josh was pretty cool and took us to Weston he finish off our deal and made us happy. I will be returning here to buy my next Toyota.

Great buying experience

Working with Weston and Jeff was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have ever made. They were both very helpful and put together a great deal for me. I will make my next purchase again with Toyota Bountiful. Unlike two other dealerships I went to before I made my purchase with Toyota Bountiful, the other dealerships were not so outgoing and friendly and did not make a genuine effort to put together a great for me as did Jeff and Weston. Worst Experience ever

I went to test drive a new Toyota Rav 4, I am in market for leasing a newSUV so I wanted to get feel for the car before I made my decision. I first worked with Craig who was very friendly and respecting, but he was working with a different customer as well so he assigned us a differ sales guy. Now, this guy was very rude and out right insulting. I went to test drive a Rav 4 I know how much they cost, I know how much my ball park payment is going to be, I have leased similar vehicle in the past. But, this guy kept asking if I would be able to make the payment. He didn't want to waste my or his time if I couldn't make the payment. He literally asked me over 4 times if I could afford the car. He said it's waste of time thatpeople test drive the car and when they find the price is $750 a month they are not interested anymore.Seriously, $750 on lease for Toyota Rav 4 Le model, please give me a break. I never had to go through this much talking and convincing just to test drive a car. For some reason it looked like he was not at all interested in selling his car, he even recommended his friends from dealer across the street (both dealers are owned by same company). We go for a test drive, and we come back I ask him for rough numbers so i can compare with other cars I was considering. But he flatly rejects my request and tells me it will be $400-$450 to lease it, I have leased similar priced Camry and that price he gave is such a xx. I will never go back to this dealership. I live 2 minutes away from this dealership but I will take my business to different dealership. I have bought 3 cars in last 1 year, I have never seen dealership trying so bad to lose a customer.

I felt like my needs were important to Jason and he was more than willing to do what it took to make me happy and comfortable with my decision. Friendly atmosphere.

Great buying experience

I am so pleased with the sales and finance staff. Vaughn Thomas was my initial contact. He & I communicated via text message, several questions, including pricing, I received the best price from him, before I arrived at the dealership; considerably lower than the price quoted at the other dealer I was working with. I was well taken care of by Mike Arcaris when I arrived at Bountiful Toyota. Additionally, Bountiful Toyota had the car I was looking for on the lot. Weston Bird was great to explain additional options such as leasing, financing, extended warranty & gap insurance. I highly recommend this dealership. Frank Corbett

Best car buying experience!

This was the best car buying experience I've had, by far. I get extremely stressed when making such a big purchase/decision and easily get overwhelmed. Eli was very attentive, listened to my needs and concerns and put me at ease. He took the time to explain things in detail and answer all my questions, to which I'm very grateful. He was extremely patient and made buying a car a lot less stressful. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and LOVE my new car!
