The reason I gave the rating I did was because Jacob Robertson and Scott Roper did an excellent job of providing me with service. They were very friendly and helpful making my experience of buying a car a extremely pleasant one. I would highly recommend this dealership to those I know.

From the moment I walked into Toyota Bountiful they have been nothing but helpful. I have been searching for 3 months for a car and these guys made it happen. My sales guy Jason Whittier was so nice and did everything he could to make my car buying experience a positive one. If you are looking for a new or used car definitely check these guys out. Toyota Bountiful Knows Customer Service
Learning about and practicing great customer service in my own business kind of ruined me forever as a consumer. I have high expectations because I know it can be done, and I am rarely delighted. Even less so when it comes to buying a car. But Scott Argyle and Toyota Bountiful surprised me. Scott knows how to delight customers--so much so that Scott and I are talking about purchasing my next car, even though the one I bought from him is less than two years old. The dealership has really thought about what their customers expect, up to including an on-premise gym and quiet room just in case you don't have a hankering to watch Jerry Springer on the tube. I love my car, I love the dealership and, well, I can't say I love Scott because that's a little toooo personal. But I'll sure buy my next car from him.

Watch the bottom line, it will change.
My wife went into Bountiful Toyota one night and found that the salesmen were very helpful. They made her a deal , but she felt that she wanted me ( husband ) a chance to talk about it. When she came home, with the car, we talked about it and the deal they presented was very good. So when she went back with the car, she told the salesmen that we would take the deal and told them that we would come back in the morning and finish the paperwork. When we went back the next day, the salesmen that worked up the deal the night before, were not there. A couple of other salesmen showed up and asked us the details from the night before. Apparently the deal from the night before changed. The price we were given from the previous night was thrown out the window. We were there for three hours before we got to the signing phase. By then, having chased a four year old around, my wife and I just wanted to go. So assuming thart we had the same deal, not paying attention to the bottom line, they had raise the price of the car. I take full blame for this, because I didn't catch the error in time. But we had told them up front about the deal we were expecting and promised, that we didn't get. If you go there and buy something. Watch the bottom line. Not sure I'll go back.

Working with Mike Arcaris and everyone at Toyota Bountiful was so great from start to finish!!! Also, they really never 'finish' as Mike has stayed in touch to make sure all my needs were meet. I would strongly advise you to contact Toyota Bountiful, Mike Arcaris & Jason Long no matter if you are looking for a new Toyota or any of there large selection of pre owned products. You will be treated excellent and in a professional and timely manner. I can't thank them enough...

When one shops for a new vehicle one expects it to be a stressful experience. Mike and the crew at Bountiful Toyota made that expectation of stress disappear from the moment we walked in the door. We setup an appointment with Mike and not only was he ready and waiting for us when we arrived on site he had already picked out the Toyota Tacoma he best felt would fit what we wanted based on our previous conversations. Mike's choice was spot on as was the lack of pressure we felt when discussing the purchase of the truck. Mike understood the number we were looking at paying and worked diligently to ensure that we paid the number we wanted to.

Fantastic Service, Great People, Love the Car!
We just bought a new Prius. We love the car and we loved the service we got. Scott Argyle is the guy to go with. He knows his cars and isn't pushy. The dealership has lots of great people, we didn't run into any issues. It was an amazing experience... How often can you say that about buying a car!

We really enjoyed the whole process with the Toyota...
We really enjoyed the whole process with the Toyota Bountiful team. They were very knowledgeable about the products and very accommodating and patient as we repeatedly drove various models as we tried to make a buying decision. Having purchased from them before, we were familiar with their service, and it became the deciding factor in our buy of a new car. As we homed in on the model and added features, we were surprised by the price bump. Otherwise, a perfect buying experience! Looking forward to years of service and support from this team.
