Performance Toyota Bountiful

We are very happy with Toyota Bountiful and the service we received when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle. We recently moved here from American Samoa and were experiencing a hard time accomplishing our family day to day activities without a vehicle. I worked for ASCO Motors in American Samoa and they only sold Toyota vehicles and so I had developed a loyalty to Toyota. I initially called the dealership first just to get a feel of how I would be treated and was very impressed with Keyston and how he wasnt pushy or just seeing dollar signs. I told my husband lets just go in and talk to him, he was very professional on the phone and didnt seem to try to rush me into making a sale. We got there at about seven in the evening and didnt leave until about almost one in the morning, and that wasnt a bad thing. We were not upset that it took so long, we were very impressed that they were willing to take the time to allow us to make a decision. Scott, was very proactive with us, when we got into his office he noticed we were not buying a Toyota we were buying a Chrysler and asked why? When we expressed our concerns, he was very helpful in helping us see that our dream of owning a Toyota vehicle can come true that day. When I got into our vehicle for the first time, I just had to sit in there for a few minutes to take in what had just happened. My husband and I kept stealing looks of excitement with each other and couldnt stop smiling. We are very thankful and proud to say that our first vehicle is a "Toyota". They are very polite and listen to customer and very helpful. Really, They are what they say. They keep their words. The price is very competitive, friendly sales persons. Overall, I can say confidently that, Toyota, bountiful is the place where you can purchase your vehicle confidently.

Toyota Bountiful was honestly the best car shopping experience I've ever had. I came out with a smile on my face. I personally worked with BOBI COLEMAN. She is sweetest people I've ever met. Very genuine. I feel like I'm talking to a friends than being a customer to sales people. I want to thank Bobi for hers patience and persistence, great energy to be around! This is the 2nd car I have purchased from this dealership. From sales to service they are all fantastic. Would highly recommend. Wes and Jason and the service team are all great.

Jerrid was very nice and didn't hassle me. No nonsense was upfront. I would definitely recommend him! The dealership though would not fill up the gas tank but he put gas in the car with his own money. Which I thought was very considerate of him. He asked me if I had kids that required car seats so he could make sure he found a car that would match my needs.

I had received a notice in the mail to trade in my RAV4, and had decided to look for better fuel economy. Sales reps: Eli & J.R. helped me find the right Camry for me. Eli told me the color: cosmic gray mica was "sick." It took me a moment to catch his meaning, but seeing it in the light of day, I have to say this is the best color of car I have owned to date. Thanks Toyota Bountiful for the great service in finding the right car for me. I went back the next day, and Scott helped me do one last tweak on the financing to make me happier with the deal. Way to make sure I enjoy the car and the deal I made. This is my 2nd vehicle from Toyota Bountiful.

My over all experience was amazing!!!! I loved that we found a perfect car and jerrid was not pushy or he didn't seem like he was only there to sale me a car .. He was actually really awesome !!! Every time I go in he offers to wash my car or even clean it out !! I love this place and the people who helped me get my car ... I would recommend jerrid and cameron to anyone .. and I did my best friend also purchased a car from him as well and we love coming in to Toyota bountiful ..Cameron also helped us get financed because I thought that I wasn't going to be able to get financed for any car and he was actually able to get that done for not only me but for my friend ... There amazing and I tell everyone about my experience there ..
