We arrived at 7 p.m. wanting to check Tundra pricing...

We arrived at 7 p.m. wanting to check Tundra pricing before the dealership closed. Francisco met us in the lot. He was very knowledgable about the trucks--as we were leaving my daughter pointed out the Camry hybrids. Our attention turned to that product. We bought the one that had the best price--manager's special. Francisco was very knowledgable about that product line. Paperwork was handled efficiently. We were the last customer to leave the dealership at 11:00 p.m. with our first hybrid.

Jeff made our car buying experience pleasurable. I was hesitant to go to Toyota Bountiful because I had spoke to a few of the other sales people on the phone and they seemed pushy and I didn't want to feel pressured to buy a car. Never once did I feel pressured from Jeff. He was wonderful and I knew he wanted to help us get into our car. I would highly recommend Jeff to our family and friends!!

We bought a used car from Toyota Bountiful about a month...

We bought a used car from Toyota Bountiful about a month ago. A part on the automactic door went out. It was a part that the dealership replaced before they sold us the car. They told us they would fix it. So we broght it in to be repaired. Long story short it is now repaired after some back and forth with some folks. It didn't start out good but by the end they have exeeded our expectations. Thank you especially Mike Kasparian for taking care of our problem personally and making my family and I very happy customers. I would recommend them in the future.

I have been in many Dealership's over the years. This Toyota of Bountiful and one Volkswagen Dealership in Salt Lake are the only two I would recommend to family and friends. Toyota of Bountiful has a great facility, that is very guest friendly. There is no high pressure and they work with you to get the vehicle you want. My sales person Josh Brinkerhoff was very down to earth. Too many dealer's have sales people that are more interested in showing how great they are. They should take a lesson from Toyota Bountiful and show how great of service they can give to their customers. My car was sparkling clean and ready to go when I came to pick it up. Yea,, because of work I closed my deal at 11:00 PM the previous night but they actually close at 9:00 PM; so I requested to pick my new car the next day. Everything was just as they promised. Explained the features of my new Camry and got me on my way. I live in Draper UT and that is a far distance from Bountiful. They would have to have a special dealership for me to pass the number of other Toyota dealers on my way to them. Keep up the good work and always have guys like Josh around to make customers feel comfortable and relaxed. That's the key, make the customer want to come back.

My family had a great experience with buying a used car...

My family had a great experience with buying a used car from Toyota Bountiful. Jeff was a class act and very willing to work with us. The car buying experience was good but the service experience from trying to get a part replaced was a not so good which I write a seperate post about. Thank you Jeff for being a class act and hope to do business with you again soon.

Never trust these people not kidding. Never work with Augy!!!! Never been so disrespected and forgotten.

I am impressed with your business. I live in Draper, not too far from the Karl Mallone Toyota dealership. I am not impressed with the their dealership nor their service department. I decided to drive to Bountiful to check out an advertisement of a new Tundra on KSl.com classifieds. I am very happy to say that I think Toyota Bountiful is operating the way all automobile dealerships should. I have already referred Tommy Terry to Adam Topham and his wife, both looking to purchase vehicles in the near future. I look forward to a continuing positive relationship with the Toyota Bountiful dealership. I have mentioned my experience to members of my church and others who ask me about my new truck. Couldnt believe how fast and easy the process was. Kids...

Couldnt believe how fast and easy the process was. Kids didnt even want to leave the play area. Went looking at the ford dealership to buy a C-max but wanted to make sure I didnt rule out the prius. Prius won.

Love the car, but we were lied to!

At closing we were told about that if either one of us graduated within six months we would get an extra $1000.00 off the price of the car. I did that eact thing and took the proof to them. They then told me that I needed the info at closing (which made no sense from what were told at closing). So watch out for any promises that they make at closing, cause they might go back on them!
