My name is Tammy Guzman and I loved the service and my used Sienna. There were some down sides to buying used but the dealership is going to fix them for me. Just make sure when taking kids to the dealership know that they have a really cool playroom and cabel to watch cartoons.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service! I came in on a whim this morning hoping to get my oil changed on my Honda Accord. I was met with smiles and true quality service! Brian Pickett handled the deal smoothly and completely hassle-less! The total was even cheaper than my regular shop I go to... Thanks for awesome service Toyota Bountiful! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

The sales staff and dealership worked with us on price...

The sales staff and dealership worked with us on price and were very friendly and accommodating. We researched many dealerships form Boise to Las Vegas and Toyota Bountiful was the most competitive regarding price. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome and good treatment while at the dealership. We had a good experience working with Josh and Jason and would highly recommend Toyota Bountiful to our friends and family.

Gerry did a fantastic job. He listened to what I was looking for. And worked his butt off for me. I know I was a hard customer at first. But Gerry kept a great attitude and was determined to help me get into a car that would work for me and my budget. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I was happy. Toyota is lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Gerry for everything. I love my new car :)

All the staff were great!! Super friendly, helpful and they, esp. Scott went out of the way to provide super service! I really believe Toyota of Bountiful puts customer service as #1. I am so impressed, I have never, never had such a positive experience when buying a car! I would recommend this dealership to one and all!!! I worked with Ramon over the internet to find the car...

I worked with Ramon over the internet to find the car that I wanted and an agreeable price. When I went to the dealership to test drive the car, he had the car ready and he did not try to change our agreed on internet price. My purchase was quick and easy and they detailed the car beautifully.

I was not able to be there with my son, but conversed...

I was not able to be there with my son, but conversed with sales associate Clay Charlesworth via phone & explained my son's wants/needs in a vehicle, & the car I wanted him to look at (affordable used Toyota Corollas, which I found on your website). Clay waited for my son to arrive, which was after his regular work hours, and stayed late into the evening to help us. Though I was across the country at the time, Clay made us a great deal on both the car & my son's trade-in to make this purchase work with payments my son (in college) could afford. Clay also broke down every bit of the contract "to the penny" and explained everything to me on the phone before having my son decide on or sign anything. I was very appreciative for that. My son says he wasn't pressured & was treated with respect. He finally found the car he liked & really hoped for a workable deal to get this toyota. We had already looked at numerous dealers in Grand Jct, CO, and also dealers from Orem to SLC. Of the countless vehicles we had looked at, we found the best deal in Bountiful. The car was priced right, in great condition, mileage was where we wanted to be, trade-in allowance was generous, and the payments were set both short term & low dollar. Clay & the dealership really made things work for my son, who is now very happy with his car, and I am very grateful for that. Thank you, Mac Nelson-

We received a fast response to our inquiry, Ramon was very helpful in anwersing our questions. Once at the dealership he was very polite and helpful in helping with our decision in purchasing the right truck for us. The sells manger over Ramon also requested that we meet him. Our overall experience was very good!

My Worst experince buying a car

If you are going to buy a car the last dealer you want to think about is Toyota bountiful they suck! D Hansen is just not a good person to do business with, I bought my car in November of 2012 is March of 2013 and I am still dealing with the warranties refund because they have such a bad customer service, if I could return the car and find another dealer I would not think about it twice buying my car with that company is such a bad experience I would NOT recomended to anyone...

I went all the way from Idaho just because I was looking to buy a car, I saw this car for 6300.00 online called the dealer they told me that it was right that was the price of the car asked them if I could apply over the phone because I did not wanted to be back and ford because of the distance they told me that we were just fine that we were approved for the car we just needed to pick it up and do paper work, we got there spend the whole day getting it well by the time we got the car and came back home the price of the car went up to 9500 plus all the fees so basicly 11500 when they advertised it for 6500 and they said that it was the online price which was stuped what would be the difference. We got the car and came home they sold us a warranty of almost 3000 dollars and they said that it was because the finance company requested I contacted the finance company and they told me that I did not needed that, the dealer guy Dustin Hansen made us drive back to get a GPS on the car we spend the whole day there when he said it was going to be in minutes when we got home the GPS was not installed correctly and had to deal with that again, it has been 5 months and I still cant get the refund for my warranties that they supposly cancel when I had to call the warranty office and I was told that they never called my contract I cancel the warranties but they just keep ignoring me and not giving my money back... When I know that they got the refund, and I did not want those warranties he sold them to me never told me they were optional.. Would not recommend this delaer to anyone..
