Outstanding service.

Tyson Bentsen was extremely helpful in finding the perfect car for my family and going the extra mile to make sure price and payments were exactly where I needed them. He was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in my new Toyota seinna. I am more then happy with my purchase from Toyota and look forward to working with them in the future. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get into the vehicle of their dreams

Customer focused, good value for money

We had a great sales professional Tyson Bengtzon help us with our vehicle purchases and Scott Roper with our financing. We were purchasing 2 vehicles and they did a great job listening and trying to meet our needs. Very customer focused, great dealership with nice facilities and Professional. We recommend this dealership and will come back again.

Todd has the education to explain the leasing side

Todd really convinced me to give leasing a shot. He was able to explain the pros and cons to me like it was grade school math. Todd didn't pressure us, he possesses a great personality.

Horrible customer service/ ignorance

Every time I deal with the service department something goes wrong. They either can't find my information or they don't know what I'm talking about. They don't know how to do there job. Can't fix problems I have with my brand new car. They are rude and quite frankly stupid.

Great people to work with!

I loved working with Toyota bountiful, they helped me get the exact car I want with extra options for the price I was looking for. Roger was a great salesman who really cares about the customers and I got the same feeling from the rest of the staff. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else looking to purchase a car.

Good service. Easy transaction.

Ian Urry was courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. We looked at many models and even different brands and he could give a professional opinion about each one. The negotiation process was straightforward and we arrived at what I feel was a fair price on a certified used Highlander. Dealership has excellent facilities for waiting areas, snacks, parts and service, etc. Overall great experience.

Made the impossible happen

Ian Urry was the one that helped us get a new car. He was nice, funny, and it was easy to tell he was doing everything he could to get us a good deal. You see, we had been going between all the dealerships in the area to try and trade-in our SUV for a minivan (we needed a bigger vehicle, but could not sacrifice our budget too much). Turns out Ian found us a good deal for a newer vehicle than we had previously imagined, and for a decent price too! I am glad I came here, because no other dealership in the area even gave us a chance like this dealership, everywhere else was waaaaay too expensive for some reason, making it literally impossible to get a minivan. Thanks Ian!
