Todd really convinced me to give leasing a shot. He was able to explain the pros and cons to me like it was grade school math. Todd didn't pressure us, he possesses a great personality.

Every time I deal with the service department something goes wrong. They either can't find my information or they don't know what I'm talking about. They don't know how to do there job. Can't fix problems I have with my brand new car. They are rude and quite frankly stupid.

Ian Urry was courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. We looked at many models and even different brands and he could give a professional opinion about each one. The negotiation process was straightforward and we arrived at what I feel was a fair price on a certified used Highlander. Dealership has excellent facilities for waiting areas, snacks, parts and service, etc. Overall great experience.

Ian Urry was the one that helped us get a new car. He was nice, funny, and it was easy to tell he was doing everything he could to get us a good deal. You see, we had been going between all the dealerships in the area to try and trade-in our SUV for a minivan (we needed a bigger vehicle, but could not sacrifice our budget too much). Turns out Ian found us a good deal for a newer vehicle than we had previously imagined, and for a decent price too! I am glad I came here, because no other dealership in the area even gave us a chance like this dealership, everywhere else was waaaaay too expensive for some reason, making it literally impossible to get a minivan.
