Pleasantly Surprised ......

There was some miscommunication initially .... Saw a vehicle online, made and appointment and vehicle was at a different location and under contract. After speaking with Tom he was very diligent in trying to locate something comparable to what I was expecting to see. Once were worked those kinks out the service was Great!!!! Purchased my car and they are still giving Greaat service!!!

Dave sinclair is a horrible experience.

Worst experience . Phone service once I called the saleswomen Cindy Hurchcraclft out on the wrong price she told me that I needed to make a decision. Called sister dealer, worked out a price. Milage was off by 40,000 miles when arrived and drove 2.5 hours for the vehicle. Price was adjusted, asked for touch up paint and for the car to be cleaned. Denny, the sales manager said that he would get his best workers on cleaning the car. That never happened. I spent a few hours cleaning the car at my home after a purchased the car. If you had your best worker on it they failed. You failed by not sending touch up paint, you failed by mot cleaning the vehicle. You failed by not believing that the the milage was off and I had to show milage on website and in the vehicle. I had to beg for a taillight to be fixed and make it legal to drive. I was there for 6 hours and was stuck because in needed a new vehicle. This is the worst experience purchasing a vehicle. The manager and sales associate were horrible to deal with with. Dave Sinclaur is the worst. They did not make it right.

Excellent service. They found the car I really wanted. Our salesman was knowledgeable and organized.

Love love love my Lincoln!!

Beautiful vehicle. I had a Jaguar XF and BMW 740 before this MKZ. This car rocks!! Has every amenity I wanted and the little turbo engine gets me to speed on the highway easily. Very nimble, too, and responsive. And everything works! Dave Sinclair Lincoln made a great deal and have taken care of this car perfectly.

Dealing with the Service Department

I took my car in for minor items, but I realized there was a problem with the repairs because when a turned the steering wheel the horn blared. So back I went and not happy. But the service department did everything to correct the problem. Since then no problems.
