They promised me I would have a up to date inspection in my lease, never happened. They promised I would have 3 free oil changes, never happened. I’m still waiting on my registration to go through, because they messed that up too. I will never go back here. They were rude and acted as if it was my fault.

I was just starting to look at trading my car in, however Jason Yavorski was adamant about getting me into a payment I was happy with on MY terms. The entire sales team and finance staff was amazing and for the first time I felt like I was a valued customer while car shopping. This was the first time I left after buying a new car that I truly feel that the car dealer went above and beyond to make the customer (me) happy. This was my first experience at this dealer but will not be my last!

I was in market for a new to me 4x4 and stopped at Shorky CDJR on McKnight Rd and meet Marco Lopez for the first time as my salesman. No deal that day, but Marco keeped in touch whenever a vehicle matched what I was looking for. After a couple of near misses due to my inability to make it out to the dealership, Marco called with a vehicle not yet on the website, but said it was worth coming out to see. Marco was right, and Chris from finance did a fantastic job on the busiest (last) day of the month. I am now the proud owner of a CPO Jeep Compass with more features than I was looking for and honestly thought I could afford! Picked the Jeep up on Monday and Marco knew every feature and took his time to show me it all. Highly impressed with both Marco and the dealership.
