POOR FOLLOW UP SERVICE AFTER A SALE

PURCHASED A PRE OWNED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEARERSHIP. THEY AGREED TO FIX CERTAIN PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR WHEN PURCHASING CAR. IT'S IN THE THIRD WEEK AND THEY HAVEN'T CONTACTED ME AT ALL TO EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS TAKING SO LONG. SERVICE AFTER A SALE REPRESENTS THE REPUTATION OF A COMPANY . CANNON HONDA FALLS WAY SHORT OF BEING A PLACE THAT YOU WOULD WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN. WHEN AND IF I EVER GET MY CAR FIXED, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. ONCE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH THE KEYS, YOU ARE A FORGOTTEN PERSON.

I purchased a corvette from the dealership in August

I purchased a corvette from the dealership in August 2022. I started having problems with the car in less than a week. The vehicle has been in and out of the shop about 5 times. They kept it for about 2 weeks. I paid the car off February 2023. I’ve been trying to get the refund on my extended warranty and gap. I still haven’t received the refund. I continue to get the run around. Today I called and spoke with the finance manager and he informed me that they needed the title to the vehicle. Had I not called, when was I going to be contacted to advise me of what was needed. The communication skills of the staff there is HORRIBLE! They are nice as ever when they want the sale, but after that they don’t care.

Haley sold me a car that was wrecked twice and I didn’t

Haley sold me a car that was wrecked twice and I didn’t think to have her give me car fax on the car at the time. However she should have known to tell me that before she sold it. It cause me to have to pay a large down payment because it drop the value. I’m pissed with her and will never go there again to purchase anything. She inexperience and that’s not cool.

great customer service

Shawn Bradley and Kash made sure I got what I was wanting, great customer service. Very professional and communication was a plus. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I received excellent service at Cannon Honda in

I received excellent service at Cannon Honda in Vicksburg. The staff provided terrific service and Clay and Heatherly went out of their way to accommodate my every need. This is the second car I purchased from Cannon Honda and I will continue to do business with them. After dealing with this staff, you wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Cannon service dept is the best!

Cannon service dept is the best! Not only are they open on Saturday but Clay and Shelby will take care of you like no other. I’ve bought 3 pilots from cannon and loved my experience every time but the service dept continues to take excellent care of me for all of my vehicles

The person in the service department was very rude when I

The person in the service department was very rude when I told her money was taken out of my car that u had to ask to speak to her manager over and Mr.Brady she told me that was my problem I shouldn't have left it there in the first place and yelled at me to move my car out of service why I wait for a manager

Took car in for recall service, received a call from

Took car in for recall service, received a call from Cannon. Said it would take 2 hours but took nearly 3. Also, car was left smelling of gasoline and the cover under steering column was loose. Also had a rubber part on the arm rest with no clue of where it belongs. Had an even worse experience last when my a/c went out. Cannon took from 9 am to 4 pm to tell me they added Freon and everything was just fine. The very next morning, the air wasn’t working again. Took it to Patty Peck in Jackson and the compressor had a hole in it. Not sure if Cannon did it or not but had to pay over $1000 to replace. They will never touch my car again.
