On November 22, 2020 I had my car for 1 month. After...

On November 22, 2020 I had my car for 1 month. After purchasing my car on October 22, 2020 I had to leave it there for 1 week in the shop. One week later I started hearing a sound similar to the sound we heard at first. I was told by my salesman that my car was still under warranty so anything that was wrong would be fixed a no charge. It took me another week to take the car back. When I took it I was told by the service dept that I had to pay $115 for them to just look at it regardless if it is under warranty or not. The guy that is the manager in the service department acted like he owned the company and didn't try to find out everything about my car and I know I shouldn't have been charged for them looking at a car that was under warranty. When they fixed my car the first time on the left side there is no way they didn't notice my car having a dent by the brakes and still making a sound. I just have a problem believe this stuff wasn't noticeable 2 weeks ago.Yes I know I bought a used car but the dealership got over on me and now I have to spend money to fix something on my car that cost more than my car note. My husband was in the process of getting a car from here but we are done with Cannon Honda in Vicksburg

Maliek Wilson was a great sales man during my visit....

Maliek Wilson was a great sales man during my visit. Would highly recommend this dealership. They were a great experience for me. I will be buying my next vehicle from there also.

I would recommend going to Malik Wilson and Keithon Cooper. Both guys were excited and made sure I was sasitifed with my purchase. Please choose Honda in Vicksburg, MS.

Unstressed Purchased.

Thanks to Salesman David Linsley for making our new purchased so easy and understandable. Took time a to explain everything and answered questions, made sure you was pleased with what you said you was looking for.

Patience

My salesman Alan Arendale was the best. He was patient and very informative on the vehicle I purchased, which was a 2019 CR V. Nikki at the Toyota building was the best finance person ever. Quick fast and to the point.

First impression changed

I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from this dealership on December 1, 2017. I was told by the salesman that the lady that was in charge of the keys had left for the day and that he would get the other key fob and mail it to me on Monday. I asked him to please call me when he mails it on Monday. I did not hear from him on Monday, so I called him on Tuesday December 5, 2017. I talked with the salesman and he informed me that he had mailed the key fob on this day. I have attempted to contact my salesman on at least 12 occasions since that time with no success. I have left a voice mail for him each time to please call me. As of January 1, 2018, I have not recieved a call from him nor have I received the other key fob. I explained the reason for my call to the receptionist on my last call on December 21, 2017 and she transferred me to a voice mail of a general manager. I explained the reason for my call and asked for him to return my call. As of today, I have not received a call from him either. The price of the vehicle included the additional key fob. I do not know if the salesman can track the one sent as I have been unable to contact him. This has to be the worst customer service that I have ever received. UPDATE: First impressions are usually hard to change, but this company changed my first impression. When it was finally determined that the salesman was not going to return my call, I talked with one of the managers and my problem was handled immediately. I would purchase another vehicle from this company, just not the same salesman.
