When asking questions about financing a new car, I was talking to Dominick. He was very good at explaining everything to me. I am on a fixed income and still deciding.

I'm trying to see if I can afford to buy a Toyota. Terence Brake was so helpful and patient. I'll definitely come back to see Terence when I'm ready to buy.

Lithia Toyota of Billings is our closest dealership for Toyotas. I am looking for a front wheel drive small SUV to regularly tow across country behind my RV. I am especially interested in the Corolla Cross. I saw only AWDs on this dealer's website, so I called Sales and was connected with a female, possibly Larissa. When I explained that I was looking for a FWD and not an AWD, she basically said that we can't buy those in Montana due to the weather - but that I could go to California to get one. That's it! No discussion or other options. Just (and I'm paraphrasing) "you're stupid; and you can just forget that idea!". For years, I drove rear wheel drives as well as a FWD Celica ST up and down the mountains in Pennsylvania (in more snow than I've encountered here in southcentral MT). But, in the case of Lithia (or at least this "sales" rep), the customer is wrong! And, oh by the way, there is one listed at Rock Springs Toyota in Wyoming (albeit southern WY). I guess the weather is better there.
