Hospitable Service
The service team was so hospitable and even pulled my car in out of the rain when they were done so I could put my baby in the car in the dry shop. They even gave him his own new toys to play with while we waited.

2016 Tacoma
Salesman was excellent in laying out the features and how they worked. Low pressure sales approach which I appreciated. I had figured I would have to order to get the features I wanted, but they had it on the lot. Overall an outstanding experience that I will find easy to recommend.

Lithia Toyota salesman Max
We had previously bought 2 vehicles from Lithia Toyota and have been very happy with the cars and the service. My husband was in a serious car accident with our 2014 Avalon and it was nothing short of a miracle that he survived. We chose to replace the totaled Avalon that was only a year old with another one. Max was our salesman and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Once we bought the vehicle he went the extra mile to accomodate us. I trust he will be with us after the sale. Quick trip and worth it.
We drove up from Central Wyoming, because we saw the vehicle we had been looking for. Rick was there with it ready for us to test drive and in a short amount of time we were driving home in our 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. Could not be happier with the fast and friendly process!

Good Experience
Jake Gruel was a pleasure to work with. He is very friendly, knows his product(s) and smiled the whole way thru the process. It was a quick process to get all the paperwork in order, as well. Even after the sale, Jake accomodated a couple special requests. Glad to have met and worked with him.
