Lithia Toyota Service Dept's Excellence

I have yet to use the Billings Lithia Service Department where the Service Reps at the counter weren't friendly, courteous, and professional. The work invariably gets done in a timely fashion, when an unforeseen problem is encountered they call and, after an explanation, ask you how you want to proceed, and do the work correctly the first time. I've never had to take a vehicle (I have 3 Toyotas) back for follow-up work on the original problem. The very best Service Dept. in Billings, MT. Hands down.

Tabatha Miller - 2015 Toyota RAV4 limited AWD

My husband and I came into Toyota looking for a new vehicle. Chris Wells was our salesman, who was very informative and not too pushy like most salesmen tend to be. We were very happy with our experience, we will definitely refer not only Chris Wells but Toyota to others.

Toyota Tundra

I decided that I was tired to putting money into my 87 Ford F250 that I couldn't even drive in the winter so started looking for a newer truck. I saw one on my local Lithia Toyota dealership's website so went to look at it. The salesman, Terrance, was a very nice young man. We went for a test drive and I was sold. Terrance was great to work with and made the whole experience as painless as possible. The truck, a 2009 Toyota Tundra 4X4 with a cap, was just what we wanted. The truck was marked down and listed at less than NADA value. The truck did need new tires so Terrance talked with management and they ended up paying half the price of the tires. I have been a Toyota owner since 1996 and am on my 3rd Camry but always wanted a Toyota truck. I ended up buying this truck and I absolutely love it. As far as I am concerned I will never look for a vehicle at any dealership other than my local Lithia Toyota dealership. They have been wonderful to work with during the purchase of the now 4 Toyotas I have purchased there. A few days after my purchase I got a call from Terrance who wanted to see how it was going with the truck and to thank me for my business.

Consumer

Great people and great product. Toyota is the only vehicle I will own. I have purchased and owned 9 Toyota's, both cars and trucks and have been extremely satisfied with each one of them. I will not own anything but a Toyota.

Great people to work with

Approachable and receptive. They know they have a good product and will wait for you to make up your mind. If you buy a Toyota, you will never buy anything else.

Greg always goes above and beyond!

This is our 4th Toyota that we have bought in the past 5 years. The very knowledgeable Greg Gustafson handled all 4 transactions seamlessly. This particular purchase was for a 1999 Forerunner, which turned out to have a bad alternator within just a few days of purchase. Lithia took care of everything - towed the vehicle and replaced the alternator for free! Not only is Greg an awesome salesman, but Lithia's service department is fabulous.

Jerry went above and beyond

This is the second car my immediate family has purchased from Jerry (third including extended family) and he was great to work with. No high pressure but willing to do whatever he can to help. He went out of his way to help me on his day off. I would recommend Jerry to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
