The service department always does a great job even washed my 4-Runner. I will probably buy another Toyota if this one ever wears out, and your trucks have a great design and I like the burnt orange color.

So fancy
I went to Toyota with my mom to look at a Jeep I fell in love with. As soon as we got out of the vehicle out came Max. Max took us for a test drive, as we drove he made both my mom and I feel confident that he was going to do his absolute best to get me a great deal. I truly felt like Max had the best intentions for me. He wanted to make sure I got the payments where I needed them so I could purchase my first vehicle on my own. He had great intentions for me and made sure I wasn't going to sell myself short. Max made my first car purchase fun and easy. I can't thank him enough for selling me my dream car. (Honestly though the best part was when Max kept trying to jump over the counter and kept missing) Thanks again Max! :)

2016 Tundra SR5 4X4 w/TRD Package
Jerry McKeen was a truly exceptional sales representative for Toyota and Lithia of Billings, MT. We were greeted immediately by very professional, experienced, personable Jerry who learned exactly what each of us wanted in a vehicle, what we were willing to spend, and that we retain our vehicles for many years. Jerry spent the majority of two days with us and was able to locate exactly what we wanted within the state so that we were driving it within a week's time. He explained and demonstrated all the bells-and-whistles, had ordered/installed a couple items we had requested, and responded quickly to telephone questions. To my husband's delight, he got to see the undercarriage before it came off the lift, just prior to it's final wash. He went with us so we could both take a test drive and was good company with no pressure at any time. He explained which features were on different models very well so we avoided over-purchasing for features we did not want or would use. Despite the massive quantities of paperwork required today, the paperwork was handled professionally and smoothly, with complete explanations of extended coverage, etc. Jerry personally introduced us to personnel in the parts, service, lube, and finance departments. He never seemed rushed or made us feet rushed, offering something to drink, popcorn, and pointing out the restrooms. Getting the Tundra with minimum mileage on the odometer was vital, as was having the vehicle transported via trailer. It arrived dirty, but with only 27 miles when we drove in to town to see it. We are delighted to get the perfect truck for our trip out-of-state in the next couple weeks, having had no intention to buy on the day we went in "just to look." However, Jerry's great personality, extensive knowledge, and unhurried attitude carried us from looking to buying exactly what we wanted. Everyone we encountered was friendly and outgoing, none more-so than Jerry. He is a superior salesman and representative for Toyota and Lithia.

Disappointing, frustrating sales experience
After having a relative test drive a 2012 Chevy Traverse, receiving the vehicle history from the salesman, made an offer via phone, which the salesman accepted and I planned to drive down that weekend and pick up the vehicle. I asked if I could put a deposit down, but salemen said it was non-refundable (which I later found out wasn't true). Received a call the next morning from that salesperson's boss indicating that I must be somehow confused about which vehicle I made an offer on because they couldn't sell that vehicle for that price (despite our verbal agreement from the day before). Stopped responding to my phone calls and then when I finally reached the General Manager, told me the vehicle sold. Terrible customer service and experience. Get everything in writing from these guys if you are thinking about doing business.

Great experience
Greg Gustafson is a great salesman. He is professional and through. He really is knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. He even followed up and sent me nice cards in the mail.
