Good Time
The overall showroom and lot was nice and clean. The chairs in the lobby were littered with popcorn and the bathroom was a little dirty. Customer experience would have been a five if I would have been acknowledged a little sooner especially since I was a returning customer. It took about the fifth person to walk by me before someone asked me if I had been helped. After I was helped I did feel appreciated and valued as a customer. I felt like the people I worked with (Jason and Jhevon) were top-notch employees. I recommend anyone going there to work with these guys. Jason was not at all pushy and Jhevon made paperwork a delight which is really tough to do.

Outstanding
Greg and I enjoyed working with Jake Gruel, Dana and Patrick. Jake has great customer service, excellent knowledge about his product, and very very personable. Dana informed us on the concerns we had about the suspension and answered all of our questions. Jake was never pushy or acted like a car salesman. I feel as if, Greg and I made a new friend. A sense of humor goes along way with us. We were happy with the deal we got from Patrick. Very Satisfied with our experience.

From start to finish, this was the most positive experience at a dealership I have ever experienced. Jerry, our salesman was very professional. He provided enough detail about the vehicle without being overbearing and was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. As a woman, I appreciated that he was respectful and mannerly without being creepy (something I've experienced before). He truly made the experience great! Good employees are hard to come by so I would keep him if I were you! The finance manager was also very friendly and engaging. Your employees performance is a tribute to the dealership they work for. Great Experience
Worked with Terrance online since I live 4 hours from Billings. He was very responsive and really made the car buying experience second to none. He was available to answer all of my questions and even responded to emails on his day off. His sales approach sold this car. No pressure made this an easy decision to buy my new Camry.

Robert Muir's fan club is gratified to see him promoted in the service department. He is efficient, intelllegent, and always very cordial. I trust him totally to do whatever is necessary (but no more) to keep my car in excellent condition and in a timely way. The addition of women to the team, performing check-ins to the service area set the scene for a customer-friendly experience. Good job. There was a sense of team work that I appreciate.

Used Toyota 2014
