keith sell

exceptional sales and service. sales persons were helpful in helping select and purchase my new Avalon. They took action when I nd additional service. The service was completed in a timely manner and all work required was completed. service and parts department personnel were helpful in the scheduling process and parts department persons went out of their way to answer questions regarding another Toyota vehicle that I currently own

Barbara Bergum buyer

Salesman knew about the vehicle. He assured me I could come back in with questions and call him. I don't consider the buying process to be enjoyable. It did go smoothly. The salesman asked if I wanted the extended warranty and I said no. When I then worked with the supervisor, he asked me if I wanted the extended warranty and I answered "no." He then wanted to know why and while I was giving my reason he would counter with why I should. I finally firmly said, "This is my third and final NO." I was trading in a Camry I'd had for 10 years and in repairs I'd never spent more than $400. I'm buying another Toyota because of how reliable they are, so it concerns me why you think I might need this extended warranty for that amount of money. I'm going to hope this Rav4 is as reliable as my last Toyota.

Customer service

Gal doing intake of oil changes was overwhelmed and red headed guy sitting beside her was on computer and oblivious. I waited while gal made a call to say the persons car was ready and the person behind me got upset for waiting in line so long. My car was sitting out in the parking lot when done and I finally went up to ask about it. She had stack of 4 or 5 keys and still red headed guy with goatee and tattoos didn't pitch in. Not good customer service.

Professional, friendly and helpful

The 140 mile drive from our residence to Billings to work with Lithia was well worth it. The entire experience of purchasing a RAV4 Hybrid was very positive – from the initial meeting with General Manager Keith Deschane, paperwork with Finance Manager Jhevon McMillan to an extensive session learning vital details of the new vehicle operation with Sales Professional Greg Gustafson. All were knowledgeable, friendly and sensitive to our needs with NO pressure to “move us on and out.” We would enthusiastically recommend doing business at Lithia Toyota of Billings.
