Not even a hello

Very interested in a vehicle go in and look and can't get anyone to even acknowledge i was there. As 5 people are standing there staring at me. Obviosly the sale was last thing on their list socializing with each other was more important. I will definitely never be back

Pleasurful Experience

I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here or send a friend or family member to this dealership. I felt like I was purchasing from someone I have known. Top rate people and experience. The Brand offering here as well is the best and that is why we came to Toyota to begin with.

2008 Tundra water pump replacement

I recently had the water pump replaced as it was seeping, not leaking, just seeping. I pull a 28 foot travel trailer with my Tundra. I had to hold off on this repair due to the cost involved and when I was ready to have it done I called for a appointment. My Tundra has a little over 97,000 miles on it. I want to get over 200,000 miles from this pickup. I hope to have enough money saved up to buy another pickup by then. I was told this repair had a warranty of 50,000 miles or 3 years, so I know this shop has faith in their people as well as the product. I was told up front the cost of this repair and the time it would take to complete. I was pleased to note both the cost and the time needed for the repair were within the amounts I was told. Now I hope to get another 97,000 miles or more from this water pump. The work at this time appears to be well done, I will know better in 20 to 30,000 miles from now. Please keep up the good work. Bought a brand new Tacoma

Excellent!! In Every Way.

We purchased a 2009 Avalon thru Jerry McKeen. Jerry was extremely helpful in every way - cordial, honest, knowledgeable, polite, personable and enjoyable. The model was exactly what we were looking for, and it came from Missoula - perfect timing. Keith Deshane also participated in our purchase. Tristan Tiller was very helpful with his explanations of the paper work required. I highly recommend Jerry and his dealership to everyone. We are two very happy customers.

2016 Tundra SR5 4x4 Double Cab

2016 Tundra SR5 4x4 Double Cab

We traveled 250 miles one way to deal with Lithia Toyota of Billings. It was worth every mile! We attempted to deal with two dealerships who were closer to us, but the folks in Billings listened to us and responded to us. Nothing against the other dealerships, they were ok. Lithia Toyota of Billings was OUTSTANDING!!!

A fresh change!

I needed to replace my old pickup, but couldn't afford new. Jerry was very helpful in showing me inventory, and we quickly decided to drive the Nissan Frontier I eventually purchased. Jerry is very professional & not pushy. The experience was not what I've had at other lots in town. The closing with Mike was casual and not pushy at all. Keith was kind enough to pen a letter my insurance required for vehicle info. A subsequent AC issue was promptly & courteously resolved. I love the truck! This dealership is a great place to shop. Go see Jerry (& the others) and relax! We've also bought 2 new Toyotas here!

Great Dealership

I just purchased a Toyota 4Runner. Jerry McKeen was a pleasure to work with. it took me three days on the lot to get the vehicle I wanted. James helped explain the functions of the vehicle and was very helpful. No pressure from Jerry, and he helped we work the details out on the purchase. Pat O'Neill is a good manager and helped me put the vehicle together with options that fit my budget. it was a great experience from start to finish, and I have no doubts about using this dealership for my next purchase. very professional.
