Excellent Experience

I originally went in to buy a used Kia Optima, I was not very interested in the whole buying experience, because I just totaled my car.TJ was awesome in answering all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable about leasing a 2019 Kia Forte, which worked out to be a better deal. He helped to explain all the added features; I was extremely excited about my decision. I was completely satisfied with whole experience.

Very satisfied

Very knowledgeable personnel. With a good service ethic. Extremely personable, with good financial and Kia products. Helpful in transporting my Homda back to my house as I did not trade.

Great Custmer Service

Took my car in for Routine oil change and tire rotation, everything was handled !! I asked about a couple other things that needed repair, and are covered by warranty, Tammy and Carlos looked into it and had an answer when I picked car up. Made me Very Happy to see the Company and Employees offering that great Service.

Service was Courteous and Friendly Needed tire patched

Tire needed repaired mechanic found other issues writer researched warranty on car and it was covered previous dealership mentioned nothing just was in their for a oil change

New car

Came in looking for a new vehicle, the process was very easy and Mark was a great help the entire time. Kept in good communication while i was out of town and i was able to come in when i returned to finish the process.

It was rushed

Overall it was an OK experience, they called me about "wanting" my Kia Rio since others had been lost over the years. They only gave me $1000 even though I had it in their shop for over $1000 worth of work in the last 2 months, which is an insult. I was given options on the color of what I wanted to replace it with, then next thing I know we're test driving a 2019 Forte. All I said I wanted was Cruise Control. We come back and it was paperwork time, and I have a 2019 Forte. It wasn't a "bad" experience, but my best interests as a whole were definitely not top priority to anyone there that day.

Great experience

I needed a vehicle and with super less than perfect credit they were able to assist me with purchasing a vehicle. Jered was a great salesman and I really appreciate their patience and willingness to help me find a vehicle for me.

Very good experience with purchase of 2018 GMC Denali

We had been to other dealers, but our experience here was overwhelmingly the best. We were treated fairly and professionally. Our salesman, Fred Patterson, patiently answered my many questions and went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with every step. After the sale he has followed up to be sure all questions were answered. When we're interested in another vehicle this will be our first stop.

Used car purchase

Jered Fiesta was very helpful in showing the car and having it prepared for delivery. He followed thru after the first contact with us and was very professional and courteous. We had one small problem, which was handled promptly and to our satisfaction. Overall the purchase was an easy and stress free experience.
