I'm a new BMW owner and I'm excited about joining the community. Andy Alexis, is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. He responded to all questions in a timely manner and did not rush us through the decision making process. This was the second BMW dealership that we visited and knew immediately that we would be purchasing our first BMW through Andy. The 2 hour drive for PA to MD, to meet Andy was well worth it!

Leasing was easier, sales rep (Eric Lovo) prepared all paperwork per telephone/email conversations, created no confusion nor had at hidden fees; and it was done in a timely manner. I tried to lease a similar at BMW Catonsville, which is a location close my home, but failed twice, in 2015 and again this time (2018). I found BMW Silver Spring & Herb Gordon in general a better dealer to get a deal without hassle. I bought two Subarus and this is my 2nd BMW lease at this location.

Ron Askew was great. He has been working with me for months. I told him what my price range was and he was great. No pressure, no hassle. I had a great experience with Ron and BMW of Silver Spring. Thanks for you professionalism. I will recommend to my fellow veterans.

Recently bought a car with Len and it was an absolutely pleasure working with him and the rest of the staff at BMW of Silver Spring. Laid back atmosphere, no games or gimmicks throughout the whole buying process and we got a good deal on top of that! What more can one ask or hope for? Highly recommended!

Yesterday I purchased my 2nd BMW from BMW of Silver Spring. Andy Alexis my salesperson and Steve Gluck the Manager made my dream of owning a black Hardtop convertible a reality. After finding the car that met all of my requirements they professionally and patiently addressed all of my concerns (which were many). Knowledge, honesty, value and friendliness is what I got in addition to a great car.

I started coming to this location after not being happy at another BMW dealer. I found this location to be more courteous and they have more bed side manners. They take the time to listen to me when I explain what is going on with the car. I am always pleased with my service advisor and trust that my car is in good hands while I wait or leave it there. Every issue that I have had with my car they have always fixed. My car is always given back to me freshly cleaned and looks really nice.................... I will continue to go back to the Silver Spring location as I find this location to be the best in the area..................

I just completed leasing both a new 5 series and my wife's new 3 series at BMW of Silver Spring. This is my ninth BMW and third lease at BMW of Silver Spring. I had dealt with other dealerships in the past, but found this one to be by far the best the first time I leased, so I keep coming back and will continue to do so. Over the years, the consultants have been easy to work with, strike the perfect balance between personal and professional, and do not pressure in any way. This time, I worked with Desirea who was a pleasure to work with. Aside from the qualities mentioned above, she is delightful in her enthusiasm for beamers, is relaxed and knows the product, and is very responsive to communications. I negotiated much of this last deal over the phone as I was away on vacation, so there were many back and forths!! She found the exact vehicle I was looking for (540i x-drive, Carbon Black, Night Blue interior, and fineline cove matte wood trim.] She easily got into my rhythm and the entire transaction seemed effortless. In fact, the experience was so positive, that we worked with Silver Spring and Desirea again on my wife's lease which we also just completed. We built this one and Desirea easily guided the build process through the maze of options, packages, etc. We are totally satisfied with both deals. Silver Spring BMW and Desirea are both fantastic. I am sure you will find the same will be true for you!

We arrived at BMW Silver Spring as the first of three local BMW dealers we planned to visit. Eric was our consultant. He was really easy to talk to, quite knowledgeable, no pressure and made us immediately feel comfortable. We decided there was little chance that we would prefer another dealership/consultant and decided to end our search that day. We left with a brand new car. Our experience was fun, seamless and quick!
