So Happy !!!

Mrs. Karen is the best at what she does. She makes the car buying process much easier and she knows her stuff!!! I can’t say how pleased I am with my purchase and am also happy that with working with her to purchase my vehicle my dad was able to purchase a car as well!!!

Excellent purchase experience with Miguel at BMW of Silver S

Miguel was very patient with us as we took several months and multiple test drives before we finally purchased our BMW X5. He was very forthcoming, answering questions doing research and overall made the purchase experience very pleasant. We purchased on the next to last sales day of the year, so things were quite hectic at the dealership. We had to wait in line to go through the "business end" of our purchase. Miguel even went out and got us sandwiches during our wait. The entire team, including the business office staff and Chap the "genius" who tutored us on the electronics of the car were most patient and cordial.

Excellent purchase transaction!

We purchased a CPO X5 and the purchase could not have gone smoother. Jaime Dougherty came highly recommended from a friend and he did not disappoint. Jaime gave the sale to Ron Askew, who did a great job. There was zero pressure from him, and he’s extremely nice. I highly recommend him for the purchase of a car. Andrew in finance made the paperwork go smoothly and we were out in no time.

Great place to buy a car and meet great people!

My friend and I said we would wait only 2 minutes and if no one offered to help us, we would leave. Ron asked us if he could help us within one minute. He was so professional and knowledgeable without being pushy, I purchased a car!

great vehicle purchase experience

Just upgraded my BMW X3 yesterday to the new 2018 model at BMW Silver Spring Dealership. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I have been receiving services beyond 5 stars from them for over five years now and my most heartfelt conclusion is that this dealership is simply the most professional, service oriented, fair and friendly one can dream of. Every time I would rather travel 40 miles than choosing any other that is physically closer to me, because Silver Spring dealership DOES make a huge difference. So no surprise, my vehicle purchase experience yesterday with my agent David Davila was superb. David was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and respectful. It is such a relaxing and precious feeling buying a car with zero pressure, knowing that your agent actually wants you to get what is the best for you. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for honest and great service.

Got the car I wanted

This was my most enjoyable experience buying a car. I didn't feel pressured or hassled to buy a bad deal. I felt like it was a good process and that we're actively working together to find middle ground that would be agreeable for the both of us. My sales rep Karen Herbert was awesome in that she was my point of contact through out and while I was nervous about buying a new car earlier than I'd hope. But with her expertise I feel like I got a great deal for an amazing car.

Got me in a better car....

Karen was very knowledgeable and personable to were I felt at easy with the process of buying a new car. I felt as though she understood my immediate need for a new car as well as how important it was for me to make a prudent decision when considering I am the father of three and my wife is a stay at home mom for the time being. Car buying can be an emotional roll coaster to say the least, but it is always good to know that during that process you are dealing with a human who is trying to meet you half way. I am grateful and would recommend Karen highly to anyone looking.

My applause to BMW Silver Spring. I experienced exceptional service from BMW, particularly from service advisor Brenton Anderson. He was outstanding in determining the issues and approach in servicing my BMW. His analyses of problem issues regarding servicing my X3 were on the mark. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work performed by BMW technicians and will continue having my X3 serviced by highly competent, honest, well trained, and quality minded BMW technicians. I strayed after purchasing my X3 from BMW Silver Spring. Having experienced sub quality work from other BMW dealerships in the Rockville area, I have returned to BMW Silver Spring.
