After purchasing my BMW 550i from SS, I have nothing but...
After purchasing my BMW 550i from SS, I have nothing but great things to say about their service department. To say this I have to give credit to my service advisor Thomas. Whether it's a ding in the door, a pot hole damaged rim, or a light scratch on the paint, Thomas always makes sure whatever is damaged is flawlessly repaired. I've had a badly damaged 464m rim from when I hit a pot hole. I didn't think it was repairable but Thomas took care of it. When I recieved my car back from the him, the rim looked newer then the other 3 rims on the car. I couldn't believe it! Even if I have to leave my car at the dealer he makes sure I have a comparable BMW vechicle to the one I drive. At the end of the day when I recieve my car, it's always washed and cleaner then when I left it with him. He's answers my calls in a timely manner, and he's always professional and approachable/friendly. In all, his level of service is outstanding and I wouldn't change my advisor for anyone else there.

New X3
There is a competitor BMW in my local area, and I still chose Silver Spring location based on positive experiences from colleagues. Jacob Raykhel responded to my inquiry emails about an X3; and was friendly, direct and informative at the dealership. My busy work schedule and his work schedule did not necessary align, but Mr. Raykhel was accommodating enough to get back to me if he was not in - or put me in contact with someone at the dealership. The team at the Silver Spring location is very professional and committed to their jobs and product.

Thomas Grant - Great Service Adviser
Thomas Grant has been my service adviser for my last two repairs and has done an excellent job. He has kept me updated about the repair throughout the process and has ensured that I always have a loaner car and driver service when needed. I am confident that when I drop off my car with Thomas that I am leaving it in good hands.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!
I first went to BMW Rockville and no one asked if I needed any help or if I want to purchase a vehicle. They stereotyped me and paid me no attention. So, I took my business to BMW Silver Springs and, before I'd fully gotten out of my car, I was pleasantly greeted and offered help. Great place to buy cars. Outstanding customer service and great deals!!!

Manny is the best!
The automative sales and service industry is not always very friendly to women, BUT I do not have enough words to express how pleased I have been with my experience at BMW Silver Spring. I have purchased from and visited other BMW dealerships in the past, but BMW Silver Spring is by far the best...hands down! At every stage, from casually browsing, to seriously looking, to negotiating, to purchasing, and finally to maintenance/service, the professionalism, competence, and friendliness are stellar. I have never felt pressured to purchase or spend above my means. In fact, I was encouraged to look at more affordable options that would allow me to get more for my money. I owe the lion share of my positive experiences to my salesman, Manny Elbaltimy. He's patient, knowledgeable, and just seems to be an all around good person, one who makes the (not so fun)business of purchasing a car quite pleasant! He's even been a huge help a year out after purchasing my car. These folks just get the true meaning customer service. You can't help but be a loyal and devoted customer after working with these guys. What can I say, I'm a sucker for great service! I recommend Manny and BMW Silver Spring without reservation!

The car industry is a grimmy business and Tischer BMW is your typical dealership. Their service dept doesn't have a clue and can't stand by the quality of their repairs! If they can't fix your car's problem, don't be surprised if they blame it on you or condescendingly suggest that you don't know how to work the car.

Great Customer Service from Visit at BMW of SS
Thomas Grant was an excellent service advisor during my recent visit to get a tire replaced on my BMW 5-series. Thomas made the check-in process smooth and easy and I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Thomas also went the extra mile to go ahead and have my car washed and detailed for me. This is just another reason why I have made BMW of Silver Spring my dealership of choice.
