Oil change and inspection

I was so pleasantly surprised of the level of professionalism and courtesy extended to me by my service tech, Heidi. This was the first time I brought my Ford in to be serviced, and I absolutely intend to continue having it serviced at this location. She even offered to help my husband install a cabin air filter in his Buick as a courtesy. I was really amazed!

Came in for routine Mtc check. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and technician alerted me to a problem with my car that needs to be taken care of sooner than later.

Awesome repair that was done fast! Great customer service!

My business revolves around my vehicle having excellent A/C as I transport animals in the extreme heat. Chapman Ford got me in FAST, found out what the roblem was and got it repaired quickly. I was so happy to have my A/C repaired and working well. I was back in business Monday. Dave Ruttan was especially empathetic to my loss of business revenue to to my vehicle being out of sevice and to my concerns about safety in the heat for the animals than I transport.

Service done quickly!

On a trip recently my windshield washer pump stopped working. When I called to make an appointment, I was also told that there was an outstanding recall on my truck as well. I dropped my truck off in the morning, expecting not to see it for a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call mid-afternoon that the truck was done! Picked it up and it had been washed too. Great service! Thanks.

Electrical Wiring and Tires

Rosi Williams worked my issues quickly and got me on my way. Chapman only repaired what was needed. I also feel I got a top set of new tires at a competitive price, which I did not expect. It saved me from having to go to another location for tires.

Raptor Order

Had exactly what I was looking for !!

After being ignored at a different dealer we stopped in at Chapman Ford and we met Dominic. He helped us immediately and showed us the vehicle we were looking for. Gave us a great deal, he was kind, considerate and did not waste any of our time. There were a few issues with the car and he did not hesitate to make things right. Pretty quick and painless

Byron who took care of me was very nice and had me out of there pretty quick. I drove in and he got what he needed, directed me to the waiting area, and had me out in about 20-30 minutes.
