A great experience buying this new car. Very good very helpful sales rep and true to online price and honored my private cash offer from Ford. Gave us all the discounts we expected. Extremely well packaged product with all the dealership additions. Impressive facility and will be back!

Quick and straight forward.

New service center is world class. Scott was able to get Truck in and out faster than expected with no surprises. The customer lounge is nice, but internet didn't work.

Good experience

Everyone was very helpful. The car I purchased was delivered clean and well maintained. Thank you to the staff and my salesperson Jeremy; he's really on the ball with getting what you need. No high pressure. Wendy was so nice and sweet, she really came through for me. Great job Chapman Ford. I'd recommend this car dealership and would consider buying here again.

1st service at this dealership

Repaired a bad window regulator. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. The facility is new and easily accessed. Will go there again for future service.

Easy Sale!

Morgan was great - we coordinated mostly via email and text and he was able to find the car we wanted at another dealership and have delivered for us. It was nice not having to spend 6 hours at the dealership buying a car. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and I love my new Explorer!

great service!

Matthew was extremely helpful and worked with us the entire day to get me the car I wanted for the price that would work financially. He came over to us immediately after we got to the lot and really made sure that I got what I wanted. He even went out of his way to show me how to set up my phone and also showed me what/where all my buttons were in my new car so I wouldn’t have to sit and figure it out on my own. Lisa in finance was also very nice and helpful in getting everything settled and in place for my finances!
