We toughly enjoyed our sales rep, Zach Johnston's knowledge and expertize in the Honda we bought. He was very professional and courteous. We were very disappointed in the Sales Manager, Eric, so much so we were going to leave the dealership and not buy a car from Boch. He was by far the worst sales person we had to experience and if we had to deal with him any further, we would not have bought the car. Eric was rude and unprofessional on both nights we were there. He might have quotas or had a long day, but so did we. And although we only buy cars ever 5 to 10 years, he did not bring any value to the car buying experience.

We went in to turn in our new lease not sure if we should buy the vehicle outright or obtain a new lease. Chris Driscoll helped us with all of our needs and the staff including Bob Sighou crunched all the number for us. In the end we decided the new lease was the best decision for us and it was a pain free process. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience during the purchase of my new Accord Sport. It started with Amy who worked with my wife and I on the purchase of a new Honda Pilot. When she was not able to be there on Sunday due to here son being sick, CJ stepped right in and without a beat was able to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and then was very fair with us on the final $$$. Kirk was very efficient in getting through the financing. Everyone we worked with and ran into through the whole process was very professional and friendly. Working with Bob Boissonneault was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and answered all inquiries that we had. He helped us find the car we were looking for, and all other employees that we dealt with were excellent.

Working with Chris Driscoll to purchase a new CR-V was as good as it gets. He and the sales manager Tom (last name?) were excellent to deal with during the entire process.

Very nice buying experience. Chris helped us find the car we wanted and was responsive the questions we had. Did not put on unwanted high pressure sales tactics. Boch made a first offer that was much better than other area dealers that was a great starting point for getting to the final sales price.

Quick reply and good price to online inquiry. Great experiences though was assigned to a fresh sale rep. Flexible to match an offer from their competitors.

I stopped by just to look at a pre owned Acura that I saw on the lot while driving by. Tim was able to give me accurate information about a few of the cars that I was looking for. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured into doing anything. Such a refreshing change from previous car purchasing experiences....

Excellent service from the beginning of my experience. I reached out to them in search of a specific car and that's all they talked about with me. Many other Honda dealers in the area wouldn't stop calling me and suggesting other cars. It was refreshing to drive and eventually buy the specific car I researched and asked about with Boch Honda West. It would be a perfect score if I didn't have to argue and present my case as to why I didn't want to purchase vehicle add ons with the financial officer.
