I had a problem with my Accord's door - it wouldn't close all the way - and when I called, the service dept fit me in the same afternoon. My car couldn't be fixed that day - parts needed to be ordered - but I was pleased that they saw my car right away.

The sales person was very good. John was honest, knowledgeable, true to his word. I felt very comfortable with him. The finance manager was great. The process was very good. I would definitely buy again and I would go back to John as my sales person. There was one issue and it had nothing to do with John. The car had a sulfur like smell in it when I picked it up. I suspected it was because they had just put a new sunroof in. John followed up for me and they did use a glue, that again I suspect was the reason for the smell. Otherwise, great job by your team and John in particular.
