11/07/17... I been wanting to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee for about 6 months. I knew exactly where I would go after my daughter & son-n-law had shared their experience on their purchase on their Ram Big Horn in April. I definitely wanted to see Jeremy at Cottage Grove CDJR Dealership. I was in no hurry to purchase a jeep today just wanted to get an idea & take a test drive. Jeremy asked what I wanted most & he directed me to the exact Jeep I've been checking into. Jeremy handed me the key & I took a test drive with my daughter. It only took the test drive to convince me when we returned this was the day. So my daughter asked what is the best he can do for us since I was going to pay cash. It was just the way they advertise straight to the point pricing. The jeep had even more options on it than I expected. Jeremy was a great salesman just as my daughter told me he would be. We went inside started the paper work. Jeremy also told me that if I finance part of the balance for 4 payments I could save even more through Chrysler/Jeep. I was happy to hear that & will pay balance after payments are made. The final paper work was easy & smooth as Jeremy explained everything. I couldn't be happier with Jeremy being my salesman through the whole process of buying my brand new 2017 Jeep. I will recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle to call Jeremy first. Great customer service from start to finish. Jeremy went over everything while sitting in my Jeep, paired my phone & had me all set up. It wont take long before i'll learn it all. All the CG sales team (Jeremy) were low key, friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of bells and whistles to learn with our new Jeep and Jeremy was very patient and helpful with all the questions we asked of him. This is the 3rd Jeep we have purchased at the CG dealer and have enjoyed working with the folks, beginning with the receptionists, sales teams and the financial team. We will definitely return when we need our next new Jeep.

I'd heard in the past that this dealer has a great service center but I had no idea what to expect from the sales department. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a used car online that was in my price range and just the model I wanted. Yesterday I called and told a salesman (Jeremy) I wanted to test drive it today on my lunch hour. Also, I applied for financing online yesterday. Then today I went and test drove it --the car was already up at the front of the dealership waiting for me the salesman was no pressure answered all my questions The financing piece was easy and I got a better interest rate than I hoped for.
