Professional dealings. No nonsense dealing. Beginning to end about 2 hours. That included identifying the vehicle we wanted, negotiating our trade in and refinancing with our credit union. We drove away in the new to us van.

Wonderful customer service!!! We brought out 3 yr old son and Jeremy was friendly and fun from the start! They were fast and efficient and very accommodating... our son played in the large, well kept lobby with toys and cozy couches. We were up front and honest from the start and so we're they! No hassles, no back and forth trying to convince us of anything! We told them what we wanted and how much we could spend and they made it happen! In and out in an hour with no stress!

We visited this dealership to look at purchasing a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jeremy helped us from the beginning to end and made it a very painless experience.
