First Time Buyer
The entire buying process was excellent. Ike showed great patience throughout my experience of buying my first car. He was able to answer all of my questions. The car is great, drives smooth and looks nice.

LIARS!!!
I kept getting calls and texts from this dealership for months finally I made the trip to see them. I was told I was approved and that no money was needed to be put down. When I get there they tell me that I need $1500.00 with a 700 or 800 car payment are you kidding me. So I waited for about 30 minutes for the sales guy to come back and walked out...I was then called and asked where did I go I told them i was no longer interested. Joe begged me to come back so I did just to listen to what he had to say...when I arrived back, he had a car waiting for me to test drive which I did not want but I drove it anyway. So after 4 hours of going back and forth, Sam came over and said if you put $500.00 down I can get you as a first time buyer with KIA so I decided to do it. After have the car for 9 days, they call me to tell me that the loan was not approved with Kia and that I needed to sign papers with a new lender so I as I asked did I need to bring anything and was told no just needed to resign. I was told I needed to be there on that day or the loan was dead. So when I arrived, Aaron asks if I was explained anything which I was not just threatening texts from Sharks chicken which is Sams cell phone number...he explains that I need to put another $1000.00 down which I did not have so I gave him another $200.00. I told him that I get paid the following week and he could withdraw it then well they decided to take it on that same week and the cc declined. I then receive texts from Sam telling me if I did not pay they would come and get the car. (or I needed to borrow it from someone). I told him I would do an EFT with no response. The following day while at work, I get called by the receptionist that someone is there to pick up the car. I go out and talk to "Brian" and he tells me he is here to help me not hurt me. He said I don't have a tow truck so I am not taking it. I am required to put a GPS tracking device in it or I need to pick the car up. Of course the stupid person I am I said tracking device. He had me sign a form and told me the car would be back in 45 minutes well it never came back,,,,the dealership repoed the car! when i called to inquire about no one knew anything and I was going to call the police.

Misogynistic Attitude, Bad Experience
Was told could not trade in my 2017 Kia due to amount owed compared to current value. I get that and it is what it is but the attitudes were terrible. They acted very misogynistic. I was told by a service tech that you don't put 30,000 miles on a new car in 15 months but that you park it and drive an old car. I had issues with one of the salesmen so I got someone to leave a message you know, talked to manager who said he would not revisit any problem I had with one of his salesmen or dealers, whatever title they have. I also left a detailed message about how I felt a particular salesmen was dishonest about my warrentee on the car and was told that also would not be revisited. The manager said he'd call me back in 20 minutes, which he did not return my call of course. I felt very disrespected as a woman. I felt they dismissed me, talked down toward me. I will not return to the Joliet, Illinois, Jefferson Street location again. I was treated like a "housewife" instead of a legitimate customer. Horrible experience. At one of my visits within the last few months, I had asked about the possibility of refinancing or lowering my payments. The salesman said no and he also added this quote, "trust me, you don't want a repossession". So I took that as a little threat even though I have never missed a payment. I would not ever recommend this Kia location to anyone. I seriously feel very disrespected as a middle age female customer.

BUYERS BEWARE!
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this dealership. They charged 18% interest to a first time buyer with a 700 plus credit score, sold them an over priced warranty and never gave them the paperwork. Ran their credit through 11 banks, and did NOT give the customer the best available interest rate. Instead, they sold them the vehicle at an extremely high rate. The car has a serious alignment issue and 2 bald tires. When I attempted to confront the dealership in person I was told the GM was not available (nor did she subsequently ever return my calls). I spoke to the "new car manager" who basically admitted the purchaser was eligable for a better interest rate but "took the deal" at 18% and told me "there is nothing you are going to be able to do about it now the deal has been funded". In my opinion they took advantage of a young, nieve first time buyer and in my opinion their actions may even be a violation of some sort of law or policy. Which I am currently looking into. When I told the "new car manager" that I would be contacting Federal and State agencies with regard to this deal, he told me "I was threatening him and I should not make threats because he is friends with a state offical (whom he named). Note: after leaving this dealership we found out that the applicant was eligible for a 1.5% car loan and eligible through a 2nd bank for an interest rate under 5% - both of which KIA previously ran her credit through and I speculate was aware of. Yet she was charged 18%!!!

Absolutely Delightful
I worked with Zach Saddler, he did an excellent job explaining everything. He made it a very pleasurable experience for Dian and I. Thank You World Kia having salesman like Zach to deal with. We plan on using Zach again with our next car purchase. Thanks, Larry Schulz

Excellent customer service
My repair service experience with World Kia was excellent. I want to thank Tim, Julius and Matthew for all their help during my required car services. They made me feel comfortable and apart of the Kia family.

Total Liars
They lie to you and will say anything to male a sale, i caught the next day after purchasing a 2017 chevy cruze that they slipped in an after market warranty for 2500$ when i told 8 didn't want it they said come in we'll cancel it and give you the floor mats and front license plate holder, i got the plate holder but that they were put of floor mats that they'd give me a call then when we went to cancel the warranty he flat out lied and said my finance company capital one said i had to have it and if i cancelled it then they wouldn't go thru capital one ( which i was already pre-approved) but some other company that wanted 1200$ more and a monthly payment of 522$ but when i called capital one they said thats a complete lie they never would require someone to get an extra warranty only that i have full coverage insurance which I do, so capital is on the case so im confident they'll fix it, but stay away from World Kia of Joliet especially salesman Jerry and all the managers because they are all con-men and scam artist's.......
