Getting car

Yay me I?m so happy i got a car now I can finish school goood customer service car drive nice good foood. Good people that work with you to get the job deal really loved this place

Total Liars

They lie to you and will say anything to male a sale, i caught the next day after purchasing a 2017 chevy cruze that they slipped in an after market warranty for 2500$ when i told 8 didn't want it they said come in we'll cancel it and give you the floor mats and front license plate holder, i got the plate holder but that they were put of floor mats that they'd give me a call then when we went to cancel the warranty he flat out lied and said my finance company capital one said i had to have it and if i cancelled it then they wouldn't go thru capital one ( which i was already pre-approved) but some other company that wanted 1200$ more and a monthly payment of 522$ but when i called capital one they said thats a complete lie they never would require someone to get an extra warranty only that i have full coverage insurance which I do, so capital is on the case so im confident they'll fix it, but stay away from World Kia of Joliet especially salesman Jerry and all the managers because they are all con-men and scam artist's.......

They lie and say whatever they have to, to get you in the do

They told me the i was buying was still under warranty because its a 2017 chevy cruze and Jerry also said it had and extra warranty but he failed (lied) to tell me that the extra warranty was optional and cost me 2500$, then they couldn't put the front license plate on because their was no holder so they tell me sorry the mechanic isn't here just put it on your dashboard, the next morning i got a ticket for improper license plate. STAY AWAY FROM WORLD KIA....

Hoodwinked

I bought this car a month ago and they told me the car passed the inspection. I blew a tire and had to replace 3 of the 4 tires because the tread was too worn. The inspection I had at the dealership 3 days ago had all 4 tires at 6/32". I had the tread rechecked and the tread was at 3/32" for 3 and 9/32" on the last one. The tire years were 2014 for 3 tires and 2017 for the fourth tire. The owners manual says you should not have more than 4/32" difference between any of the tires. I was transferred to 4 different departments and no one knew what to do. One person told me the tread was checked in November and all four tires were measured at 9/32". They refused to correct the issue and instead talked to me like I was a child. Also, when I bought it the seat belt needed to be fixed and they said it was my fault but I only had it about 15 minutes and they almost refused to cover it.

Purchase

My husband and i went in to look at cars and we were pleasantly greeted by all of the staff. Everyone seemed very helpful. We mainly dealt with Sam. Sam was professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely buy another car from there!!

Review

Sales personnel were disorganized and unprofessional. Car was not what was promised. New car that was dirty and had no gas. Definitely would not recommend.

Great Experience!

Sales Consultant Jerry Davis was very helpful. All questions were answered very well. Jerry was very patience and considerate. Highly recommended. Thanks Jerry got the car I wanted!

Pissed off.

I did my online approval. Got quite a few calls from Tiffany. She told me she was the manager of financing I believe. Told me I was approved for 0 down and everything. Which made me beyond happy. I called the day I would come. I spoke to Rachel her assistant. That's what she told me. I get there worked with Jerry. Everything was going smooth. I was told I would need to put a 1500$ down payment which sucked but I understood. I didn't have all the money so when I need which was 9 days later I called and spoke to Jerry. He told me he would get a list of cars in my budget and price range he said give him about 5 minutes. Two hours go by. No call so I call him. He said he got side tracked and that I needed a co signer. Which was never said before at all. If that was the case he could of told me all that xxxx is the beginning verse me waiting and getting my hopes up for no xxxx reason. I get everyone needs a job and to get paid...but people come here for transportation to get to work and home. Not something that y'all can just like and say this and that. Then stomp on people's emotions. Just liars!

bought 2018 kia sallers man Rudy Gonzalez in this diler all liars his boss sam #1 Rudy Gonzalez Nothing But a liar i do not recommend this dealer
