I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service manager told me that it would take roughly an hour, needless to say I was out in under 40 minutes. It may not seem like much, but I don't like to sit in car dealerships for lengthy periods of time. I was satisfied .

Just came from this dealership. Called twice yesterday to make sure they had a vehicle I wanted to purchase. The second call was right at closing time. I told them it was a 1.5 hour drive for me so I didn't want to waste my time if they didn't have the vehicle. They told me they would pull the car and have it waiting this morning when they opened. I arrived shortly after they opened this morning. They had me sitting for over an hour and then finally told me the vehicle is sold. I questioned how it was sold from closing yesterday to opening today. They had no answers and talked in circles. They never had the car. It was just a ploy to get me there.

He work the xxxx out the system and we drove away in a brand new 2015 Chevy Crize....I HAVE NEVER OWED OR LEASED A NEW CAR IN MY LIFE!!!! All went well. I was greeted by a friendly and courteous serive writer. The appointment was quick and efficient. All my needs were met.

My car had been having troubles the day before I was able to take it in, only because Lynch's service department was closed. So the next day Lynch took me at my convenience (right away), which was really nice. Jay was the mechanic that helped me, which he was very accommodating and kept in touch with me through my whole visit. All workers at lynch are always very helpful, communicative, and reliable; this is why I am a loyal customer of Lynch. To top it all off Jay gave me a certificate for a car wash! Lynch gives top notch customer service, which I have recommended you guys before and will continue to. Thank you and your team.
