I filed a complaint on August 15th pertaining to a racial incident that occurred with Sara Trenberg in the service department. I never heard back from the General Manager or anyone from the Dealership.

went in for an oil change Sara Trenberg(advisor) was rude
went in for an oil change Sara Trenberg(advisor) was rude and aggressively made racist comments while the manager(Quinn) stood there and said nothing to his advisor. I have been a customer for years with this location because of the way I was disrespected I will no longer use their services. I'll definitely be taking further actions.The star was only given because it was needed to post.

I’m giving Kurt 5 stars. Came in for a 1500 Silverado. Didn’t see anything on the lot until we looked in the back where new vehicles just showed up. Saw a truck I wanted. He put it through to safety to get checked out. Took care of it and I picked it up 2 days later. Thanks Kurt. Gorgeous truck

It wasn't the best, but not the worst.
It wasn't the best, but not the worst. Mamagement is a little self indulged, they gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor by selling me a vehicle. Even thought I had the check the day after my initial visit, it took a week for deluvery, they didn't appear to care if it was delivered or not. The salesman, Arnulfo, was top notch!

Not real good on communication, the managers are a little
Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. Salesman, Arnulfo us very good very pleasant. Overall I would go 4.5 out of 5.0. As dealerships go not too bad

My experience was not good.
My experience was not good. The car I purchased had the "Lynch Protect" warranty advertised several places on the listing. The salesperson confirmed to me verbally and in writing that this vehicle included this coverage. Late in the buying process, I was told that the warranty was not included. The explanation of the advertisement, verbal, and written confirmation was that "mistakes happen." This felt like a bait & switch, and that feeling got even stronger when I had to make a $750+ engine repair THREE DAYS after buying the car. I'm left feeling that your dealership knew about the issue, lied about it, and falsely advertised the warranty. I will never shop at any Lynch dealership again.

F- Don't go here. Don't expect a level of competency. If you have any major issues with your vehicle, take it absolutely anywhere else. They will not deliver any quality service, and will create nothing but problems for you.

The team at Lynch is outstanding! Marcus Andrews was our salesman. We have made many vehicles purchases from him. He is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend buying a car from him. We work with Jessica Zimmerman for financing part of it and she was very patient and explained everything without rushing threw it. Great dealership !
