The salesperson , Rob Wright was so patient
Rob Wright was so patient because I was not sure which Chevy I wanted so he showed me what he had and let me test drive my choices even showed me different colors . I felt he listened to me a woman, and gave me respect. Would recommend him to any one who would like to either eliminate a selection or to solidify your choice. Great dealership and helpful personal.

*** Buyer Beware *** I bought a 2016 Ford Edge here and everything was good till after the sale. During the test drive the Sync 3 was freezing up and my salesmen said it just needed an update and they would have that done but it had to go to a Ford dealer. I bought the car and a few weeks later I finally got an appointment with a Ford dealer. They did a diagnostic on it to find out that the Ram was damaged by someone who tried to do an update not by a ford dealer. The Ford dealer called me to tell me it was going to cost $1500.00 to fix and that John Elway Chevrolet was only going to cover the diagnostic $180.00. I called John Elway and I was ignored by the sales department and the service department after calling numerous times I gave in and went to John Elway to find out why. I get there to have my salesmen open the door for me so I asked what was going on and he had me take a seat and wait for the sales manager. The sales manager only wanted to find a ways to get out of paying for any of the repair instead of helping me. After disputing for an hour he decided to cover half. So before my first car payment I had to pay almost $800 for a repair on a car that they sold me. I personally would avoid John Elway Chevrolet at all cost.

Jerks and liars
These guys are the biggest jerks, liars and crooks I have ever dealt with. I wish I would have gone somewhere else for my vehicle. I will NEVER go back. If they had a negative five star, that's what I would rate them as... dont go there unless you want to get robbed and screwed

Don't recommend
It's the 2nd time I have my car serviced there and I have to take it back because the problem isn't fixed. I take it there because they have the extended warranty contract and would not let me change it to a different place. This last time they even failed to return the wheel lock, then ended up with a flat.

Excellent Service
I came in to look for a vehicle to replace mine that was involved in an accident. Not sure if they would even be able to help me with bad credit and all. John assured me that everything would be fine and he would be able to help me. With his hard work and dedication, John had gotten me into a vehicle and I have him to thank. Good Experience
I stopped by to look at the new Colorado and get more information on options and price. Even though I made it clear I was not planning on buying immediately the sales associate I was working with, Robert F, still took the time to talk with me and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time.
