Always great service!!

This is the second lease from Groulx. Purchased 4 vehicles from Groulx. Service is always top notch! Always answers all of our questions. Very professional!!

Quick and easy!!

I have now had 3 leases with Groulx, and this last experience was by far the easiest and quickest. A few phone calls prior to coming in, and in less than an hour I was driving away in my brand new vehicle. Nick was easy to work with, and willing to work with my tight budget.

Exceptional service from the outstanding staff. No reason to buy or service anywhere else! They made sure the scheduling of my service worked with both my schedule as well as theirs.

LUV Groulx

I am not an easy customer and I change my mind frequently! Not a good combo when purchasing a vehicle. The Staff at Groulx Automotive hung in there with me with all of my changes back and forth. I couldn't be happier with the service and kindness! I picked up my new vehicle on my birthday and there on the dash was the nicest Birthday Card a girl could ask for! I don't feel special very often and the entire experience was indeed "Special"

A day at the dealership

I hate going in to any dealership I’d rather go to the dentist and get my teeth pulled , but Doug was able to get me in and out with a loaner car so I could be on my way , the only issue I had and it wasn’t any fault of the dealership is I have a transmission issue that’s unresolved because GM has yet to issue a fix for the problem.

Routein maintence

All around great dealership

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Aiman (sales) was more than accommodating and easy to work with. He actually had the truck (2017 GMC Sierra) delivered to me 150 miles away and accepted my trade-in based on photos. Will definitely be a return customer.
