My last visit was for a recall , something under the seats .When i got my car back the plastic on the drivers side of the seat where the seat controls are was in two pieces .It was one piece when it went in .

Had the oil and filter changed and returned the following day for new tire purchase. Service mgr had to squeeze me in on the schedule that day so I could have new tires for a road trip the next day. Very much appreciated!!

Damaged my coil pack and spark plug boots while doing warranty work. Brought my car in do to it running poorly and they said they didn't cause the damage so they wouldn't cover it. No other people have been under the hood of the car other than them. Not to mention on 2 occasions they didn't properly install a gasket causing oil to leak all over my driveway.

I have been buying cars and having them serviced at Groulx GMC for the last four years and I have always received outstanding service. The entire staff is very professional and easy to work with.

Professionally assessed problem with vehicle and gave me a verbal, and written report along with an estimate to repair my reported complaint. Vehicle was finished at the time the service department reported that it would. The problem was repaired much to my satisfaction and was even washed prior to me picking up the vehicle. Excellent Service!!

Truck was serviced and returned on the same day and it was also washed. Wonderful job.

Spoke with salesman on phone - one week later went to the dealership - had an appointment - he knew what we wanted - everything was waiting for us when we got there - even the choice of 3 vehicles.. We were in and out and everything signed in about 1/2 hour.

Doug is a great service manager. He is always professional, courteous and helps in any way he can. He understands your needs and addresses them right away.

Excellent service as always ! Aiman always goes one step beyond to satisfy! I always come back because of this. Sometimes the service department could use a boost though. They never wash my car after service. I used to get this at Cadillac all the time!
