It shouldn?

It shouldn?t take 3 hours for a car inspection. I feel they schedule too many cars at a time. Service is definitely not like it used to be.

Hybrids are a girls best friend.

Hybrids are a girls best friend. Me and my partner finally found a Prius in a color that works for both of us. It took some time, but we’re glad we waited for the perfect one. Our sales person was Raymone Maye. He made the process easy.

It seems like we chose one of the hottest days ever to find a car. We enjoyed working with Raymone Maye. He was very friendly and easy going. We are excited about our Prius.

Greeted within 2 minutes..Kevin is very polite and efficient. Plus I had a coupon for a great deal. Dealership is currently under some renovations but not bad.

As always I had my Tundra service at Hendrick Toyota and service was awesome. Jasmil Moore My service advisor kept update on what was going on. His customer service and knowledge was great and made me fill good. I am a long time customer and like the work they does.

I was hesitant to return to this dealership for service

I was hesitant to return to this dealership for service based on past experiences but after the last visit, I was told that I would get the service advisor I selected when I book the appointment. This did not happen. My paperwork has me with that service advisor but I had no interaction with him so there was no discussion of my vehicle or what service it needed. He never notified my vehicle was ready or why it was taking so long. So what was the point? The only individual I interacted with is the one outside doing the intake and he seemed focused on the upsell of tires and wipers. They had never done that before and need to stop the upselling. I'm not sure why someone was rummaging around with the paperwork in my glove box. The inspection card was clearly to the left and not hidden. I was also told they'd stop the overbooking of appointments. I even went on a Wednesday instead of a Friday or Saturday. I was told that it would be faster to avoid those days but if you have an appointment, it shouldn't matter what day or time you go for service. I was there almost two hours for a car inspection when I was told it would take an hour. At least that was the only service provided and they did not decide my car needed extra services before which it didn't. They used to have you sign off on what was being done so things like that did not happen. I was also told I'd stop getting harassed by the sales team. They didn't engage on my drive to the dealership but did after I left, so they are over-aggressive here. That is one method to ensure I do not purchase a car from the dealership. I gave them one last try but nothing has changed. It is disappointing as this used to be a great place for many many years and surpassed 5 stars. My time is too valuable and needs to be respected. If my appointment was going to take longer than expected, I could have easily been updated as to why it was taking so long.

Instead of waiting on a new 4Runner with a sunroof, I

Instead of waiting on a new 4Runner with a sunroof, I decided to get a used one and wait until the newer ones are readily avaible. Raymone Maye helped me find a 4Runner that worked for my girlfriend and I. We plan to get a newer 4Runner in the future.
