So I put my information in the computer. A few minutes later, I get a phone call from Douglas. It was very nice and pleasant over the phone and walked me through what it would look like buying a car in today?s market. So I came and met with him. I explained to him my timeline on buying a car and he was very courteous to the information most car dealerships regardless of what you tell them they try to Almost force you to buy a car, which is not something that I am a fan of. But Douglas was very attentive to the information I gave him and answered all my questions. I wish all of my previous car shopping experiences were like this one. He was very knowledgeable and very forthcoming with the information which is something I appreciate dearly. When it?s time for me to move forward on a vehicle. I will definitely be using Douglas as my sales person. I kept trying to figure out why he was one of the few people that had a red shirt on. I?m assuming he?s some type of veteran employee or something to that effect but it definitely shows.
