Jennifer Stern did not let me down throughout this process. Her knowledge, kindness and genuine concern for assuring I was going out the door happy shined through the minute I first spoke with her on the phone. She is thorough and tended to all questions with great competency. I knew I was her focus when we were working on this and she put me at ease at a time I could have felt pressured. I hope to have my newest RAV model for a long time ahead. I hope it serves me as well as my last (only maintenance and wear and tear issues for 8 years). I went to this dealership to see what my options were in light of the high demand and low supply of the model I was looking for. I wasn?t expecting to make a purchase at this dealership, but was very pleased with the customer service, professionalism, and facilities. I always dread going to a dealership because of the stereotypical sales pressure - there was none of that. The sales professional we worked with, Rod, was very knowledgeable, gave us all available options, and didn?t try any pressure tactics.
