What can I say buying a car never been so easy. I was working with Douglas and Hendrick Toyota of Apex. It really made me feel at ease. Buying a car is never the funnest thing in the world to do but it helps when you have a kind sales person like Douglas.

She spent weeks advising me on getting my drivers license, the financing process, insurance…basically everything I need to get settled in. She speaks Tagalog, which helped bridge the gap for the English that I didn’t understand. I’m so grateful for her time and patience!

What sets Sheryll apart from other salespeople that I’ve worked with, is that she genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle to meet my family’s needs. While I thought that I wanted one thing, she really listened to our needs, and clearly communicated what would work best for us. She saved us money in the long run and put us in the perfect vehicle. That’s why I’m going to refer all of my new coworkers to her.

Appointment at 7a.
Appointment at 7a...tried to tell me I needed spark plug service 50,000 miles early. Told them I wanted to see the old spark plugs to confirm before doing the work. They took my truck back while i waited and I was told 2.5 hours or so. At 4 hours, they hadn't touched my truck, offered me a loaner to go to work, then charged me for it, and changed my spark plugs without showing me the old ones or getting me to confirm with them, to change them. And...NO ONE even cared. Literally no care that they messed up someone's day and couldn't care less about their customer service. I'd stay far away from these peolpe.

I had an appointment to check one of my car's tires
I had an appointment to check one of my car's tires because it was leaking air (right rear), it took them approximately an hour and a half to check that tire and in the end they said they found no problems with the tire, but they did leave the driver's mat full of mud when they delivered it. Unfortunately, I still have the same problem with the tire, it keeps leaking air, so an appointment was scheduled online for today at noon, and when we arrived at Toyota, Kelly who helped us today told us that the appointment did not exist, (I do not understand why they have the service to request appointments online if they are not going to show up later), it was explained to her that the appointment had been made online for her but she also told us that since we arrived at noon there was no technical service and no one could help us, because it was on lunch break, that is, we made the time, we told Kelly what had happened last time and an appointment was scheduled again for next Monday at 2 in the afternoon, hopefully the service will be better by then.

Brought in my car via tow to have it looked at.
Brought in my car via tow to have it looked at. I only chose Apex Toyota because it was close to my work. I had an issue in the past with their service?a salesperson tried to bait and switch me on a vehicle. When I brought this to his attention, he blamed the finance department, even though he was the one who gave me the quote. So I took my business elsewhere. He assumed my options were limited, but I found the same car cheaper somewhere else. Now, I brought my car in for an engine failure. The individual handling my vehicle called me, answered a few questions, and I later received a quote for $5,300, which I approved through their webpage. A few hours later, he called back to inform me the price had gone up to $15,000, blaming the computer system for the incorrect estimate?yet again trying to charge me for their own mistake. There seems to be a common sales tactic here. If you need your vehicle serviced, I wouldn?t recommend this dealership at all. Only consider them if you need to buy parts?and even then, go somewhere else. I ended up taking my car to Fred Anderson instead. They took care of me, clearly broke down the quote, and even included things to help lower the overall cost. It ended up being cheaper there.

It was our responsibility to ensure the quote was complete and transparent before asking for your approval, and we clearly fell short. The $5,300 estimate was generated by our system before all necessary parts and labor were properly factored in. This error should have been caught and corrected before we sent it to you. We understand how upsetting it is to approve a quote, only to be told hours later that the cost is nearly triple. Your concerns have been shared with our team, and we are taking steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. While we know you've already taken your vehicle elsewhere, we truly appreciate your honesty and regret that we lost your trust during this already frustration time. We are sincerely sorry for any inconveniences that were caused and appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention.
