I'm very pleased with customer service of Auto Sales Express. I did not purchased an expensive top notch car, just a simple Civic. Guys are not pushy as places around and they have very clean cars. Really clean!!! Thanks guys.

I can not say how amazing my experience has been! Buying a used vehicle usually means stress but there was nothing but ease for me purchasing my new for me Mazda 6 from Eugene! Eugene and Sergi were incredibly helpful and thorough ensuring I felt comfortable in my purchase. The customer service is absolutely exceptional and I always go back for my future vehicle needs! Was very excited to buy a used vehicle from here. They took my $500 deposit no problem. When I wrote 5 follow-up emails in regards to what was going on with the vehicle, I never received any updates... The vehicle had a known recall on it and they were supposed to bring it to get fixed and the vehicle was going to have a full inspection prior to for some peace of mind. Given the fact they never reached back out to me, I assumed they didn't go through with anything and more so just waited until I asked for my money back. If I were selling something to somebody, I would keep them updated. It's called good customer service...

All these guys do here is LIE and LIE and LIE!!!!! They tell you, DONT WORRY, GIVE US A DAY, I PROMISE. The place is very unprofessional. Went to test drive a car, the car had bad oil leak, promised to fix and never did.

I would not recommend this car dealer to anyone. I made an agreement to purchase a vehicle from this company. They faxed my bank the purchase and sales agreement at 7 p.m. The next morning at 8 a.m. my bank received the documents and approve the loan at 4 p.m. the same day. I contacted the dealer and informed them my financing was approved an hour later they contacted me back and told me they had sold the vehicle to somebody else. This is a very unprofessional untrustworthy business. They wasted a lot of my time and they wasted a lot of my Banks time. I don't understand how a business can operate in this manner. I would steer very far away from this dealer

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. We made an agreement to purchase a car. They faxed my bank the purchase and sales agreement at 7 p.m. . At 8 a.m. the next morning my bank received the agreement. They reviewed it and at 4 p.m. the same day approved it. I contacted expressma and told them my bank approved financing for the vehicle. One hour later they contacted me back and informed me they sold the vehicle to someone else. This is a very unprofessional and dishonest way to run a business. They wasted a lot of my time as well as my Banks time. The price on the vehicle was almost too good to be true which in retrospect is leading me to believe there may have been issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed.

Found a low mileage BMW X5 here. Price a bit higher but vehicle had been gone thru throughly. New brakes, rotors, oil change and all new tires 20" offset. Would recommend this dealer. Seems to have the better used models with desireable options.

Had a really smooth buying process here. They take really good care of their cars and would recommend anyone looking for quality used cars to check this place out! Thanks again! Jeremy
