My daughter purchased her second car from this place. For the first car, I did all the negotiations for her. The car had a couple of issues (what used car doesn't) they took a couple of days to fix it but it was fixed to our satisfaction. After her car was totaled while parked on the street she was in need of another car. This time was very different. She wanted to do everything on her own. She purchased a 2008 Jetta. The car has had problems from the moment she drove off the lot. I wish google allowed you to post videos. If I showed the video of how the car sounds when you start it up (it turns heads) there would be no reason to read any further. We have reached out to them several times and they have asked us to bring the car back and we did (3 times) and they continue to say nothing is wrong with the car. They have had the car in the shop for a total of 3 weeks. When we got the car we asked for paperwork of what was done and we were told "the car is good" We have contacted the State Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau and are in the middle of taking them to court. Buyer beware of the company.

This was the best experience we've had buying a car. They were very professional, courteous and attentive. They had knowledge on the car we wanted and made it work for our budget.
