He scheduled a convenient time for us to arrive and our new vehicle was there ready for a test drive. He explained everything about the car and after our test drive the deal was a breathe. Eugene went above and beyond getting everything ready, plates, registration inspection sticker all ready for us. He also did a full inspection of the vehicle and replaced out front brakes, because he felt slight vibration during the vehicle inspection. Car was ready, clean and good to go up on our arrival. Reached out to several dealerships on the same day a week ago - never heard back from this one. Follow through is important when you shopping within a 200 mile radius.

Eugene was very clear about the price, each step and form we signed, and the price was as advertised with very few fees. We asked for a repair to be made to one item. They made it and we bought the car.

Sergi is a straight-to-the-point guy! Just let him know which car piques your interest, and he will give you a quick run-through, complete with a CarFax. I had a below-average credit, so had little hope of approval for financing. Still, Sergi made it happen! He worked hard! I HIGHLY recommend this team!
