I purchased 2015 Explorer and the salesman that helped me made the purchasing a vehicle not such a stressful event.His knowledge of the vehicle and taking time to answer my questions is what made the sale that day not the vehicle.Also the staff member who showed me how everything in the vehicle works took his time and both of them made me feel like if I do need something after the sale they would happy to still help with any of my needs.

I had the oil changed in my Ford Explorer as part of it's routine maintenance schedule. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly in making the task much less of an inconvenience.

Your customer service is excellent. I brought my car in, on time, and it was immediatly taken for service. Even though they asked me if I needed a loaner I declined and waited for the service to be performed. In no time I was driving out of the lot. Great job!
