Excellent service and great prices

I was in the market for a truck, I was able to drive all the possible options and never felt any pressure. At the end I bought the truck I really wanted and at a great price. The process did not take long and the staff was very polite and customer service oriented. Coffee, water even pizza if any. Super nice. once all was decided I was out of there in no time. Highly recommend this dealership.

Good final deal

We bought one vehicle with the understanding it would later be able to have a tow package as installed at the factory. After reading the fine print we realized it did not include the same components. We brought the vehicle back within the three day period and dropped it off and canceled the deal. It seemed like the salesman either got wrong information about the ability of the package to be installed, or was unfamiliar. The salesman and sales manager made it possible to purchase the right car with the options already installed for the right pricing. After the initial hassle, the deal worked out well.

Great vehicle selection

Originally went in for a service.appointment but decided I needed a new 4x4 diesel loaded. I figured chances were they wouldn't have what I wanted, I was wrong they had two of them and a couple even more optioned than the one I bought. The salesman was extremely polite and made buying a vehicle painless and most important of all no buyers remorse as I drove away in my beautiful new pickup.

Awesome salesmanship and great Dealers!

Loving my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and so is my wife! Buying a new car is such a hassle, which is probably why internet sales are increasing for car buying. Dealerships often forget that the buyer just wants to feel good about the vehicle they are buying. At Autonation that fear was removed the second I walked in the door. I contacted the delearship via Internet and had the "come on down and we'll work something out..." sales pitch. I've heard that before, but what happened next was incredible. I was able to sit with the Sales Representative and the Sales Manager and discuss what I wanted. They listened and then we searched for the vehicle in the lot. After we found a vehicle that met my approval we negotiated the price. Unlike other dealership experiences I've had in the past, this negotiation was very honest and open. Of course I did my research and understood the Jeep I wanted was in high demand. Instead of the fleet manager using that as leverage, he adjusted his stance and made me feel like the price I was paying was every bit fair once we reached a final number. Autonation, thank you so much for your salesmanship and your management for making me comfortable to invest in a Jeep and feel good about it. I love how I was immediately invited into the office and had a straight forward discussion which allowed the vehicle to sell itself to me. Finally, after a month of looking and searching for a vehicle, I found a beautiful Jeep and great dealership combo package. That's how you sell cars!!!

My experience at AutoNation CDJR dealership

I was at the Valencia AutoNation CDJR dealership having my car serviced. I had talked to the service manager, Mike Stillwell the day before about taking good care of my 2014 SRT Plum Crazy Charger dream car. He was very understanding, helpful and set up for one of his service tech specialist in the area of concern with my car. The service dept. took good care of my Charger and was satisfied with the experience and my concerns were addressed. I had a few minutes to look over the vast selection of cars they had in stock while I waited for the shuttle to return me to my home. The dealership had a great selection of colors and good choice of options on the Charger, Challenger and Chrysler 300 lineup that I was considering buying for my wife. I had been quietly looking for a new or used car for my wife for a while. I was approached by Ken Sims in the sales dept. He was not pushy and just wanted to see if I had any questions about the Chrysler 300 I was looking at. I did ask a few questions about financing and lease rates currently offered. He informed me of great lease rebates on the Chrysler 300. Ken and I test drove the 2015 Challenger as I had not made up my mind about which model to focus on. I looked at a few 2015 300 S models they had in stock. I brought my wife to the lot to pick out the 300 she liked the most. Ken and I and my wife test drove the 300 S and was impressed with the updated 2015 exterior and interior appointments and great ride. She told me her choices of colors she liked. All the while, Ken was very patient with us as we bounced around from car to car. We considered trading in our 2003 PT Cruiser but in the end decided to sell to a private party. We negotiated a good price on a new 2015 300S with a gorgeous Redline 3 coat Pearl paint and also had the dual-pane panoramic sunroof. The lease rebates were very good and the payment was reasonable for such a well equipped car. This car has alot of bells and whistles that I am still discovering how to play with and just am very satisfied with the car the more I drive it, that is when my wife lets me! I will highly recommend anyone to this AutoNation Valencia DCJR dealership and to take a second look of the Chrysler 300 lineup as well as the very sporty Challenger and Charger models. I have been a mostly GM product buyer all of my life, but Dodge and Chrysler are building some great looking, exciting and quality driven products that seems to turn my head and cars/trucks that do not get lost in the crowd when I am driving around Los Angeles. I have found all makes and models of cars have some problems time and again but so far I am happy with Dodge and Chrysler products. I hope in the future I can report the same.

Overall good experience

Overall, I'm happy with my experience. The only complaint I have is when My salesman (Pedro) and I did the walk around of the vehicle, after signing the paperwork,, we noticed a "part" of the car in the cargo area. He had no idea what it was and instead of going and finding out, he just dismissed it as no big deal. I guess I should have insisted he find out but I was in hurry and he said it was no big deal. After I got home, I looked at it again and realized it was part of the air filter. I replaced it where it belonged and no harm done. An added note, the engine compartment was filthy and obviously not looked at after they washed and fueled the car.

2015 Dodge Challenger 392 Scat Pack Shaker

I inquired thru the internet on the vehicle I was interested in. Both the Salesman and the Sales Manager communicated with me on the cars availability, the only dealer to do so. The overall buying experience was great, I purchased the car I wanted at a reasonable price and great financing. Paul the salesman was great through out the process and presented me with several options and was very open with me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
